The longer opening hours on a Saturday is really handy. Lots of safety signage and processes. Friendly but could be friendlier. Prices are very good.

These guys are SIMPLY THE BEST. Extremely professional, knowledgeable and helpful team. And their workmanship is impeccable. I have tried quite a few mechanics before these guys and I've never been this satisfied. With my new car I come to only these guys for servicing and WOF. They use the highest quality Castrol oil and unlike many other shops they don't take shortcuts. Prices are reasonable given how well they do their job and i got a very good deal on my tires. They have a nice lounge to sit in while they take care of my car. 10/10 would recommend.

Again fantastic service and friendly smiles. Wheel balance and alignment on our car done in an hour while i waited with two small kids (the diggers across the road are also great for entertaining toddlers!).

I got recommended to this place by my cousin. Went and got my car serviced. Very great and helpful staff and trustworthy. I have been to many mechanic shops and mostly been scammed by them. Would definitely recommend these guys as they use high quality products.

I've had very bad experience here. I was there to get a tyre fixed which was a flat. A guy said it need to be replaced as it has cracks. It was actually newly put tyre and a branded one! He said even without removing it! Then I went to another place where the tyre was removed and inspected. Finally the cause was a nail! He also does not know how to talk to the customers. He said ' common guys get a new one. It's not gonna empty your bank account!

Got my car from here a few years ago and it has been one of the most reliable cars I have ever had! It was in excellent condition, fuel efficient, fully serviced and groomed. Have recently had it fully serviced again from them, had my battery replaced and my wheels rotated, balanced and aligned (all at affordable prices!). The guys at Direct Tyre & Auto always do an incredible job.

BUDGET TYRE SHOP

Sure the guys are friendly but their workmanship is a bit rough and ready so if you have a late model car with nice alloys I would advise going somewhere else. They damaged one of my alloys removing the old tyre then denied it, didn't replace my valves as agreed and massively overtightened the wheel bolts to the verge of stripping. No longer one of their happy customers.

Feels like i'm driving a brand, new car!
We urgently needed our tyres replacing after a flat tyre in the weekend, and Directional was the only place we rang that had 19" SUV tyres in stock.
Hubby rang and booked our car in for the same morning, told them I had a small baby and needed prompt service. To be honest, I didn't really want to drive 30mins to get our tyres done, but hubby said they would do a good price and had good reviews online. They deserve these good reviews and more!
They took the car in straight away and I was driving away on four brand new, wheel aligned and balanced tyres one hour and 15 mins later! (that includes taking the baby in and out of the car and paying!). Clean and tidy waiting room with comfy couches which was handy with having the baby with me. Every staff member was polite, smiling and just lovely!
Highly recommend, and worth the drive (we live in Sandringham)
