Kerry assisted me using fresh eyes to add cohesion and areas of focus to my existing garden. She has extensive plant knowledge and was a pleasure to work with.

Kerry was super accommodating and generous with her time - we did the walk and talk and I was already happy with my decision halfway through! I do like my gardening, so sat on the fence about whether I should invest that extra level into the garden vs continue with my aimless plant addiction. Having a new perspective and ideas, and on location, was invaluable. Kerry records the conversation and follows up with notes, amazing because my head is swimming with ideas. Kerry is amazing, and offers a really great service at good value. She helped us come up with a plan to tackle a large (2000 sq.m) coastal section that was bare except for a house and shed. It isn’t a flat section either! Kerry provided fantastic advice on the plant options that would work, and a great design idea for how we could create useful spaces and seating nooks to enjoy the view with such a blank canvas. Her suggestions were things we hadn’t thought of and just made great sense. Kerry has given me the confidence to buy plants knowing they’ll do ok here, and I’m so looking forward to the garden maturing. Highly recommend Kerry’s services. I’d use her again in a heartbeat (if we ever move!).

Kerry was amazing at helping us re-design our front & back gardens. Her various packages meant we could choose the right level of design help that we needed. Her service was seamless & professional. We asked for a lot in our back garden design in what is actually a small space but she delivered it & we’re so happy with the end result. Our garden is now so much more usable for both kids & adults, & tidier with utilities tucked cleverly away.

Kerry has a lot of brilliant ideas. We went with 'ask an expert'. The process was easy to follow and the virtual call was very useful. After our meeting Kerry followed up with a summary email and photo examples.

Our outdoor area was in need of a complete overhaul. We had a pretty good idea of how we wanted the area to look and planned to DIY but when it came to plants, our knowledge was limited. Highly recommend Kerry for garden landscaping! We went with the micro design plan, and loved what was designed! Kerry listened to what we wanted (low maintenance!), and tailored her advice and plan to this and the landscape. We initially tried to plan the garden ourselves.but we are so glad that we decided to get expert advice and planning from Kerry! So glad I used Kerry and DIY Designs to create a plan/design for our south-facing kitchen garden area. Kerry came up with a great layout and planting plan working around our existing paths, plants etc. Definitely recommend and will use agin.

I would highly recommend DIY design to anyone looking for expert advise on their gardening/landscaping projects! The online zoom garden consult was great value for money and surpassed our expectations! Kerry put in alot of effort prepping for the consult after we completed the easy to follow online questionnaire and she provided us with written notes and some pics of plants to give us some ideas/direction with our planting project. We got a Mini Garden Design from Kerry because we weren't sure where to start with incorporating gardens into our small bare backyard. We loved the proposed layout from the start and the plan we got fits so much variety into a small place. We can't wait to get started with turning it into reality. Kerry has been wonderful to us on our landscaping journey. We paid to have a Micro design which I loved. Initially my partner was unsure.
After we half planted the design, my partner was still struggling with aspects of it. Kerry was easy, approachable, interested and has done a wonderful job in tweaking the original plan, adding some new ideas to help my very fussy, hard to please partner.

I used Kerry’s online product. I was impressed she was able to design me a new garden without even needing a site visit! I had an initial no-obligation phone call with her, took some situational photos as per the blog, then bought the product online. The whole process was straight forward, good value and the feedback sessions were really easy via share-screen - so efficient. Kerry sought to understand my viewpoint and was able to suggest alternatives when I wasn’t sure, while keeping to the desired maintenance and look of my garden. I can't wait to see my garden now actually get made! I would highly recommend using Kerry.
