DNA Housewash

Karl arrived, knew exactly what he was doing. He did a great job on my gutters, very efficient and pleasant. Thank you DNA for great service!

Was recommended DNA Housewash by roofing contractor and arranged with them to clean my gutters.
I asked for before and after photos for my reassurance but apparently thats "uncommon" and "we have 30 years reputation doing this"
They arrived on the morning as promised but when leaving didn't properly close my gate and my dog was able to escape.
I returned home to secure my dog and discovered one corner of the gutters atleast 15mm deep with sludge. Asked them to return which they promised to do the next day, which they did not so I have no confidence the rest of the gutters have been cleaned properly or at all.

3 days later:
Update, after not hearing from them for 3 days and incurring the cost of buying the cleaning solution and ladder and doing it myself over the weekend, they showed up unannounced and hopped up on the roof to do the work. I told them to leave.

Absolutely worst experience I ever had in 12 years
Ridiculous price and very bad service
All what they good at chasing money by threatening clients
Very very highly not recommend to anyone
Won't never ever use them again

They cleaned my house but unfortunately also left bleach marks on our new deck that took ages to fade out. Also destroyed new grass on our property. Did not respond to requests to fix or provide credit. Would not use again.

They did an outstanding job cleaning the outside of my house and the carport roof. I started and couldn’t get rid of the grim, and was taking too long. They came along and used their special cleaners and equipment and have done an amazing job especially considering I couldn’t even remove the grime myself. Also very good with the communication from the office. Cheers

House looks good after wash however was told on my original quote, their own tanks would be used to find out they ended up using my water. Windows included in house wash? A hose being squirted at the windows is not washing windows. There was no brush or squidgey used. Workers returned 2 weeks later to redo windows and once again a hose squirted at some windows to still have it drying with water marks all over it. Will not use again.

Firstly I got bumped from agreed day. We used DNA 3 years ago and thought we would use them again as they had a 3 stage process to clean gutters. The third stage was to spray with a moss and mold treatment. When the chaps arrived and I discussed this the guy said I have done this for 4 years and there is no stage 3. We only use that treatment on roofs. Maybe it's in the detergent when we flush. Buyer beware that you get what you pay for. The office lady agreed to a $45 credit.

Rung up for a quote, was disappointed in the customer service, not a easy company to deal with, wouldn't recommend

We ended up getting a call from DNA Housewash telling us they would be in the area and if we would like a free quote. They came over and quoted for a roof treatment and patio wash. They destroyed my plants on the side of the patio by hitting them with high pressure water. Roof looks OK from the driveway but am yet to get up there and check myself. Person I spoke to on the phone was pretty rude!

Well I work for Dna housewash we are a very solid crew of men trained and equipped to do any jobs. Just call us anytime for a professional job.

After receiving a cold call from DNA and agreeing to a quote for a pre-sale house wash, they were supposed to be washing my house this morning. They knew that I had a photographer booked for Monday as we had discussed that the house would need to be washed this week. Not only did they not arrive at the house this morning, I just received a text message (not even a call) saying they would no longer wash my address because it's too far away.
I found it hugely unprofessional; firstly because they approached me, agreed to wash my house, booked in a date (knowing I needed it done urgently and knowing my address throughout the process), did not turn up at all, and sent me a text after it was meant to be done. Luckily Wicked Wash were able to step in and help me out this weekend.

One of the worst experiences ever!
Roof tiles dented and buckled in multiple places as a result of cleaners walking on the roof and house still dirty after house wash.
When they returned to redo the cleaning process the front entrance door was water blasted ripping the wood apart and ruining it.
Contacted them about the damage and they refused to accept responsibility of repair.
Will never ever consider using this company again!

We rung DNA Housewash on a Monday they completed the job on Tuesday. They did an amazing job and we highly recommend them for their work and efficiency. Great job done
