My 12 year old daughter was very anxious and usually needs sedation for any procedure. Donna and her team have been so wonderful, that after 2 appointments Rochelle would walk in there confidently and ask me to wait in the lounge. There service and communication has been beyond par! I highly recommend Donna Lim to anyone needing orthodontic help. Rochelle needed extraction and straightening. 2 years later, Rochelle has the most beautiful smile ever. Thank you Donna Lim.

We first met Donna and her team 12 years ago when my eldest needed orthodontic treatment and we are so grateful that our dentist recommended her. All three children have needed orthodontic treatment for different reasons and over the years, she has completely transformed their smiles. With the last one coming to the end of his time with her, I asked her the question about my teeth moving back where they came from 35 years after braces and she's now sorting my mouth out with aligners. Donna and her team are amazing, everything is fully and clearly explained, right from the start and at all stages, we knew what our options were and the pros and cons of each step, with clear, non-judgemental choices all the way. There are a range of payment plans to choose from and everyone there is so friendly and helpful and all highly knowledgable. Discomfort can't be avoided but they do their very best to alleviate what they can. If you or a family member needs orthodontic treatment, you must see Donna Lim.
