I had a broken pipe in my basement and Aaron came over to assess the need he was fast, personable and good at what he does. In the follow-up repair appointment he and Jake were great, cleaned up their mess and even went above and beyond to put protective nail plates in the studs to the keep the piping safe from drywall nails.

We had issues with the low water pressure at home and we've been looking for someone to help us for over 2 weeks now. Drainage is very efficient as they came on time and responded very quickly unlike other organizations.

Stephen and Ray did a great job installaling a new gas hot water system. They were professional and friendly and I was very happy with the outcome. Highly recommend Drainage.

Total lack of communication and customer service.

Good drainage work, communication sometimes slow. Ours was a big expensive project to replace a failing internal drain in our basement. The drainage guys are good at their job. They planned and executed well on the drainage work, with deep excavation in challenging access. But they are usually busy and sometimes it took a day or two to hear back on issues and questions and this could be stressful.
Subcontracted Builders were then brought in to repair wall cladding, rebuild steps and a deck. DrainageNZ were trialing a new builder. Unfortunately the builders would rate 2 to 3 stars out of 5. They needed daily input from us to get it right and often arrived without the tools required for the job (borrowed mine!), but we got there in the end.
Probably I should have organised my own builder, but some of their work was included in the original quote and it gets complicated. The end results are good and it’s a great relief not to have the leak now.

Home started leaking within the winter period and it was just un-livable! Drainage NZ is a team of expert professionals who were more than keen to install a subsoil drainage solution to keep the water out! The job was big but it was nothing that the team couldn't handle and I am more than thankful to have them!

As I am running a service company, we work over the Christmas period. We had a blocked toilet drain on the 27th December. I rang Drainage NZ first thing in the morning and they came straight out. Due to my geological location, my property habitats the second to last storm water man hole and therefore tends to flood during very heavy rain fall periods. Drainage NZ came up with a very suitable solution that has fixed this problem since they last stepped foot on my property. I am a very happy customer and I highly recommend their services.

I was building an extension to my house and needed to know where all the drainage pumps went, Drainage NZ did a great job of marking out where the pumps are through their CCTV services.
