Don't bother renting from this place! Amy was responsive in the beginning when we needed the cabin and they wanted payment however, organising for them to collect it was a nightmare! When there was a plumbing issue she said for us to try and tape the issue because the job was too small for a plumber to come out. Time came for organising to collect the cabin, and after a plumber came out to disconnect the piping for collection, the driver came to collect however, the pipes weren't actually disconnected and she asked if we had a hacksaw to do it ourselves as that's all the plumber would do anyway! Instead of getting the plumber to urgently come the following day to sort out the disconnection, I had to continuously follow up before anything was done and it wasn't until at least a week later that she decided to escalate the issue to the boss, but only because I had to phone Richard because she wasn't answering my calls or providing me with an update and Richard contacted her. Prior to that, she said she was waiting on the plumber to confirm his next availability (yes, she waited all this time instead of escalating it immediately!) She doesn't answer or return my calls but would only text back. I always had to chase her for updates as she wasn't on top of these. I've requested refund of my bond as the cabin was collected two weeks ago and I've not received any communication at all since then re the bond. I sent a follow up email, left a voice message and also texted and received a response (via text of course) that we're not getting our bond back as apparently the cabin was 'not up to standard' which is a total lie as it looked the same as the first day it was delivered! I'm not surprised as there's another comment on here from a customer who struggled to get his refund back and he also wouldn't receive responses. I've questioned why I never received communication about this two weeks ago when the cabin was collected as surely a walk through would have been done when the cabin was returned and I should have been notified at that time of any damages etc and what this means for my bond. To wait two weeks to tell me AFTER I asked for my bond is unacceptable and frustrating. Apparently I'm receiving a response tomorrow about this but I'm not holding my breath! Like I said, don't rent from these guys. You'll probably have a better experience if you need to buy as opposed to renting as you'll deal with Richard which you'll be lucky if you do. I've worked in Customer Services before and the service I've received from Amy when it came to organising collection of the cabin was ineffective, ineffecient and showed incompetence!

Just recently rented out a sports arena cabin and I’m beyond amazed at the quality and service I got from this place. Amy was an amazing help with picking out the right cabin for me. And Richard was amazing with handling the measurements and delivery of my cabin. Not to mention the truck driver delivering had amazing service also. I highly recommend anyone looking for more space to get a cabin from these guys!

Easy to work with, fantastic communication right from the start. Shane and his team created 2 x custom cabins for us within a month. They're exactly what we wanted (in raw state so we could finish) well built with decent quality product. Thank you so much for making the process quick and painless

I have just had my cabin delivered and I couldn't be happier. The top of the toilet cistern broke in transport, but they replaced it straight away. A pleasure to deal with throughout the process.

I have endured very bad service from this establishment. They do not comply with their own values. When trying to make contact with them about my refund no one would take my calls or reply to my emails. They are the most incompetent company I have ever had to deal with. Please people have a good think about using their services before contacting them. They are definitely not what they say they are and cant deliver on what they say they can.
