Took my car here for a wof today, the guys were so nice and checked the whole car throughly. I love to see passionate people doing what they enjoy! Making sure my car was safe for me and my family To drive in. Definitely recommend this place to bring your car here.

The younger worker with a beard was very rude with heaps of attitude and bad customer service, just such a bad experience wouldnt recommend going here to be honest

Didn't even pick up on slits in the sides of my front tyres when they inspected for wof. Wouldn't trust with my vehicle again.

This used to be Drivesure which had great service and testing, they were always reliable and easy to get a WoF done. However has now changed name and assume owners. There was a huge wait in getting a WoF as the staff were too busy with Nana up front servicing her car, instead of moving it to service lane to replace wipers and oil they kept it in the testing lane and held up many people waiting patiently. We recently bought in our car, they failed the WoF cause of brake pads even though it was still legal according to other mechanics, it should have passed. We had to spent hundreds replacing brakes which was not needed, we did it ourselves and took it back, showed the staff they were very rude, the young fella behind the desk questioned my father about his knowledge, my father was previously an engineer and knew his things. The staff were not friendly, there was an apology from we believe the owner however not good enough with the way we were treated. I would not recommend using this place.

We have been going to Drivesure Pakuranga for most of our WOF checks.
They are always friendly and do a thorough job as expected.
We have never had a bad experience there ever.

This place is very busy around Xmas but they were able to give you an indication of how long it will take to get the wof. Recommend the service here.

I have been a customer at Drivesure Henderson for a couple if years and I definitely rate them very highly. The customer service team are very friendly and helpful and the team in the workshop do a thorough job with the WOF inspections. I recently visited the Botany trading station and thought they were awesome too.

Failed me on something that I could not afford and something I haven't been failed on before.other places they passed me on it and it's been 3weeks without a job now I was working but only part time for the hours that fit around my son's daycare hours which was from 9am to 3pm. And was let go because my job could not afford to pay extra staff so they let some of us go which was very upsetting this happen on the day my wof had failed. So wasn't good day for me and now I have to ask for help at winz which I don't want to and didn't want to but have no choice until I find another job. And cos got no family to help me. I don't ask for any help at all it will be my first time but won't ask them for reasons. Ill have to find a job that I can do from 8am or after 9am to 3pm or even to 4-5pm and just pay the extra cost for him to be at daycare.

Poor customer service. Wanted to charge me $10 for a bulb. Went and bought it myself from repco for $3 then when I came back 15 minutes later they ignored me and wanted me to wait another 30+ minutes. All the terrible reviews about customer service make sense now. Avoid.

Over priced and poor customer service, additionally when i went for a WOF they broke the rear mount for my Boot cover holder, which they said nothing about until i got home and found it broken and laying on the floor, deceptive business practice and ethic. Would avoid this place like the plague personally.

Unprofessional service took my car for a wof and left with over $100 worth of paint damage on my door because someone had left a big tool scratch that chipped the paint off. Don’t go here
