Called in 5 mins before closing time with an urgent repair request. Living in East Tamaki, 45 mins away, I thought I would be screwed. Not So, Dylan told to come in, he would wait for me, no worries. Upon arrival, was greeted with a smile, repair and tests were done patiently, professionally without rushing. Amazing service, mega thanks, can only recommend Dylan and his shop. BTW, the new Gannet Drone looks amazing.

Walked away with an unorganised tweaked and improved drone ready to feed, Always improving. Happy to help.
Didn’t think they could get better.
Not a splash drone.

We placed an order for head torches and was told the order was out for delivery when in reality it was still sitting in the office (fine, it was a mistake), but we were only made aware it never left the office a week after we were told it was out for delivery. We then asked for a refund as the torches were needed for a trip but it had happened while the torches were 'out for delivery'. We asked for a refund via email (they don't reply to emails quickly or efficiently or not at all!) and when that went unanswered I called the store directly. The refund was processed over a month later. They do not answer their store phone.

Worst customer service I've ever had this guys is rude and useless would never recommend dealing with this company. Would rate zero stars if I could.

Guy started swearing at me on the phone too what a lovely business.

I made a purchase of an expensive electric scooter at a very competitive price, unfortunately the supplier sent the wrong one, Dylan was quick to fix the problem and would highly recommend to anyone. Thanks very much DroneTech!

My segway was sent here for repairs 3 months ago and I'm still waiting on it. I call and no one give me an answer on what's going on or what a wrong with it. Avoid these guys!

I have owned a Segway ES4 scooter for just over a year now and had nothing but issues with it. After getting the front wheel replaced and upgraded by DroneTech servicing center in Auckland, the scooter worked fine for a month and then started beeping at me vigorously.

I took the scooter into the ActionTec store here in Nelson and had the gentleman tighten up the external battery bracket and screws, and it was good to go; however fast forward to 20 minutes or less, and the scooter had jolted back and forth, as if something was pushing down on the breaks. The scooter then began beeping again.

Feeling unsafe and frustrated, I walked it back home where it has been stored since.

I feel as if my time and money has been wasted, I do not think the services were performed correctly and I will not be paying for it to be sent up to Auckland yet again.

I would like this issue resolved preferably by a professional at the earliest convenience.
