I would give this place a five-star rating anytime. But they have changed management.

The previous owner was friendly and professional. I got car repaired here and the cost was reasonable. In fact, he would go for the extra mile to ensure everything is fixed and even more.

When I returned to repair another car, I requested a quotation, and after more than a week, I hadn't heard from them. What a disappointment!

These guys went above and beyond with my mechanical repairs. Tell it as they see it, very upfront with costs and issues. Open long hours and days to work in with their customers. Definitely recommend!

I had an amazing experience with Drury Auto Services - when my oil light came on just before I was to go on the motorway - so stopped at the nearest petrol station to get some oil. I was so lucky that the Drury Auto Services (situated next to the petrol station) was just about to close but they re-opened at 7pm on a Friday night - to do an oil change for me - was so so grateful for the great service where most would not want to know about helping out at that time of night.great friendly service and even called me the next day to make sure I got home safely. Couldn't ask for better service and care.

We had our European car at previous garage in Auckland but the Bmw still developed problems afterwards.and cost allot of money. I decided to try local Drury Auto Services.
He went above and beyond to figure out and managed to sort the problem. Did great Job on diagnosing more problems.
He communicated each step and worked on my strict budget. I was so inpressed and give permission to do full service.
It is hard to find mechanics who you can trust on your little investment.
I have already booked my Mercedes Van for service it is great to do business with honest people.

Friendly people but I had a pre purchase car inspection done, I was expecting something similar to an AA inspection (sadly they weren't able to do the inspection themselves because the car was out of their range). When I received my invoice there were 3-4 sentences about the condition of the car, and that was the report! I was in disbelief to be honest. Maybe they're great mechanics but I certainly don't recommend doing a pre purchase inspection with them.

It's been over a week Still the part hasn't arrived for the car. Simple Job New tires and wheels studs No Results yet still no car I wouldn't recommend going here there over worked and the excuses are poor

Installed a front wheel hub on my hiace, shortly after was clunking loudly.
Took it back to them and they blamed a faulty part.

Got it replaced by another mechanic who found that bearing wasnt pressd in properly and rotor wasnt screwed in properly.
