I have gone back to DRURY TIRES after a bad experience from another tire shop. I am glad that I went back to DRURY Tires.

Great customer service and communication! The whole team at Drury Tires were great, prompt service. Amazing they have an indoor and outdoor waiting areas with refreshments for that early morning cuppa tea/coffee fix lol. Of all tyre shops we've dealt with in both Australia and New Zealand, they have been the best so I would highly recommend A+. Mean! Chur to you all at Drury Tires!

Organized our tires for us while we were overseas and fitted the day we got back fantastic.

Prices are competitive and they still provide the best service of any tyre shop.
The team are friendly and do terrific job every time. No messing about here
But remember, don't go out the gate without a bumper sticker

Tyres had 5mm tread left but all inside walls were delaminated. Guess who aligned it. Do not recomend.

I was little nervous as I don’t usually look after this side of stuff…but as soon as I drove in - I was guided to where I could park, everyone was so helpful and friendly. It was evident they are experts at what they do! The waiting area helped me to feel relaxed. Definitely highly recommend! Great customer service!

They were very friendly and customer service oriented. The only thing I am bit mythed on is why they told me on the service sheet when things needed to be done extra repairs, but not sure why they could but tell me on the same say when it for wof which was the day before.

I Love coming to Drury Tires. I Love feeling looked after. I had a bad deal with a big car company (not mentioning names) not looking after me and my car. I've always come to Drury Tires for my tyres, and decided to come with my new car for a pre purchase check up and full service. It's great having a place to work while I wait, a hot drink, and being able to take OBie dog for a walk at the park. The service! #1 The staff! #1 Feeling good about my car! #1 Feeling safe! #1 And they know my name!

I came last week to get a wof for my horse float. It had a bad tire which they fixed straight away and their service is super affordable. Everyone was amazing to deal with especially Sam! She made the process really easy and was super patient with my questions. I will definitely be using them for any further business needed.

A misunderstanding, but they tried to rectify as quickly as they could, unfortunately I had already gone elsewhere. They do seem to want your business which is good and seem to have a good reputation.

Awesome service, fast and reliable. They also have a whanau room thats warm and comfy based on the deck, you can help yourself to a cuppa while you wait a half hour or so, access to a toilet. You leave with a smile and a thank you sticker.
