This was a very challenging job to say the least but from start to finish, the DS Trees team were superb! I really appreciate the outstanding job that was delivered.

Hi First of all it was not a good day for tree trimming, it was raining on and off and the ground was sodden and the crew were in a hurry understandably to get out of the rain.
Secondly I beg to defer with all the comments made about the jobs been done professionally and the clean up being excellent, my garden was left in a mess with tree branches and clippings all over the place. There were so many guys there but the work was not properly coordinated and everyone was all over the place. They were all in such a hurry to leave. I did mention to one of the guys about the clean up and he agreed it wasn't done properly so he came back himself to try tidy up. My garden pots were messed up and the clean up was not done properly. Not at all happy with the mess I was left with. Disappointing.not sure if the photos show you the actual extent of the mess!

Great job done, on time and great team and communicate was great. Will certainly recommend

DS Trees is a really good company, from the professional arborists to the ladies who help with bookings, invoices, and answering the phone, everyone I met has been helpful, friendly and very easy to deal with (English is not my first language). I am a first time customer and will definitely come back plus recommending them to my family and friends.

The quotation process was seamless, professional and they were very helpful and responsive to questions. They were very professional and pleasant to deal with while pruning several large trees and left the area very tidy once they had finished. We would definitely use their service again.

The DS team arrived to remove the top half of a VERY VERY tall gum tree that had dead branches right at the very top which were going to be a possible hazard given the latest weather patterns. It was a complicated task involving a crane (with a man at the top) and a large group of guys. It was a fascinating art form to watch. The neighbours were enthralled (beats watching TV they said) and relieved at the process. They also trimmed all the hedges and trees around the rest of the property and kept checking with me to see if I was happy with the height etc.
They cleaned up all the trimmings extremely well.
Highly recommend the DS team and will be using them again.

They arrived at 7.25 am the 13th of January 2023 to trim our big tree. They are very professional and they even trimmed our shrub tree as well which was a bonus. It took them about 25 mins to do the job. Thank you for the excellent service.

Highly recommend this company. Trimmed back four decent willows while having to contend with a stream crossing. These guys are real pros with a professional and accommodating attitude. We have had four different companies do our willows over the last 25 years. These guys were the best. Hands down. Special thanks to big Eddy and the boys.

I've used these guys twice now. Both times they came and did exactly as we'd agreed on/asked for. They've removed a large tree and a more recently a large hedge. They're reasonably priced and leave the property tidy. The had both jobs done quick smart and the stump grinder ready to go after the trees were felled and taken away. DS Trees have been trimming my trees for several years and I have always been very pleased with their work. They are extremely efficient and trim and shape my trees beautifully. Really pleased with the quality of the job done by DS Trees at our place. The trees in our front section needed a lot of pruning and trimming and a tree removal. The quote was good. They were thorough and left everything looking really good and tidy. Highly recommend them.
