Can’t speak to the product, but the service? Terrible. Salesman had booked an appointment to come and give a quote but never showed. No call, no apology and no follow up to rebook. I will not chase it up!

Not happy with DVS.

Ordered and paid for 2 filters late March and because of difficult roof space access only now getting to fit them. Unboxing I find only one filter - and a new cage system that hasn't been communicated. An already tight workspace made more difficult.

Worst customer service ever experienced. Had recommended and installed 2 fans and almost each room got a ventilation connected, but still moulded on the curtains, had talk to some many people and emailed a lot, nobody show up and help us to sorted our even the filters need to be changed.

Very disappointed with the customer service and Over $10000 for not changing anything at all!

Very highly recommend
excellent product and excellent customer service
maintenance is easy and affordable unlike other products in the market

one system takes care of our 1940s weatherboard, two storey 200sqm house with ease

they don't try and over sell you something you don't need like other companies

I do highly recommend DVS system recently installed.
I can feel nice dry breeze at home in the damp weather outside.much more comfortable at home.and improve my sleep without running AC whole night.
No need to open windows and wipe them every morning anymore.

Thank you Lara and Installation team. They are very knowledgeable and professional, also helpful.even nice to my dog
only regret is should have done much sooner.

Recently had a DVS install completed at our newly renovated property. The installer didn't give any consideration to placing the vents in locations to minimise the visual impact. There is no reason these should not be installed in the corners of the rooms, and he chose to put the lounge vent in the middle of the room! It looks awful! Not really sure why they wouldn't check or think that those locations are best. They are so far refusing to rectify.

Amazing product! Would highly recommend DVS. Fantastic to deal with from start to finish, within a day noticed huge differences with no condensation. Contact from consultant was prompt and great advice was given about my bathroom fan, which I love!

If there was an option for negative rating I think I would have done that.
Poor customer service, failed to deliver work and lied several times.

They took payment from me early August and now it's 3rd week of October and they have no clue when I will get my heat pump.

Suggestion:
Please Improve your customer service otherwise you will continue to clients.

Huge heads up to dvs, we have had three previous installations with heating and ventilation, there service and quality overall dealings with us have been outstanding. Would highly recommend, thanks dvs for our warm and dry home.

Lost for words really.
Sales pitch from Phil was below average, no in-depth information on how each unit works, about the parts, just gave us a pamphlet and wrote prices down. Too busy bashing other competitors. Vibe was extremely cocky, overly loud, talks over you and intimidating. Decided to go with another ventilation system though it was much more expensive because of their delivery, spent time with us after hours and talked through all our worries with no rush. Signed with them on the spot due to the friendly nature. Explained to Phil that we do have another property that needs a unit also and that DVS might be more appropriate, surprisingly, he didn't really care about what I was saying and then told me that I must have rocks in my head! Literally.told me I must have rocks in my head while he cut me off. What kind of service is that? !
Summary - You will lose sales in this tough market if you choose to talk to people like that and not give them the time of day they need.

Just got your feedback - this DOES reflect back on your company as Phil works for DVS.
I will inform my friends and friend of this matter if they ever ask for a recommendation.

We had a terrible condensation problem so we contacted 3 ventilation compaines to give us a quote and after a lot of due diligence we decided to give DVS ago and I'm pleased we did.
The entire process has been seamless from start to finish, our sales person wasn't pushy with us either and he certainly gave us the correct advise because
we haven't had condensation since, the entire house feels alot dryer and knock on wood our 2 kids haven't been sick yet this winter.
Nice one DVS.

Bought the system last 2016 and now the fan is making annoying buzzing noise which is disturbing my sleep; called DVS on 2/7/2020 and been told by the customer service, someone will call me. It is now the forth day, no one has make contact with me and I have to call them again to know that only one technician available, he is too busy with other job. This is not the standard of service I am expecting from your company.

Called to follow up on my service as it had been 5 days since I called to try and book in. Was told very abruptly that it was only 5 days and I shouldnt be concerned. On what planet in 2020 is 5 days acceptable to expect a customer to have to wait just to get a call back to schedule in a service DVS? You might want to also train your snippy call centre staff and try and curve their "attitude" over the phone as its rude and unprofessional. Oh and before you respond with "we dont appear to have you on file"? Or "Are you sure you have the right brand"? Yes it is a DVS and the property in question is not under my name.

I felt like some aspects of this DVS install were pretty average, but am happy with how the DVS unit works, and how the issue I raised was acknowledged and resolved.

The installation happened when I wasn't home, and the fitters left the areas where they worked and cut vent spaces untidy and with a lot of dust which we had to clean up. Before the installation I had asked for a vent in the basement and was surprised when I got home and saw that two 30cm holes had been cut in the wardrobe roof and floor and the silver piping took up maybe 20% of the wardrobe space. Had someone explained this to me when I asked for it I probably wouldn't have gone ahead with this part.

DVS came recommended to me by a friend who swears by it removing condensation. I found the initial consultant helpful and knowledgeable, but was disappointed with some aspects of the install process.

Edit: John from DVS gave me a call and we talked through the issues that I raised. I appreciate that he took ownership of this situation and the communication (or lack thereof) given to me about using the DVS system.

We have had our DVS reclaim for a year. It replaced another brand's system with the same set up, which was noisy and left us with condensation. DVS is SO much better. The condensation is now dramatically reduced - maybe 95% gone, and we are in Hamilton, so it can be very damp. It transports warm air from our fire to the bedrooms, and raises them by a few degrees, but of course is not a heating system. DVS have been friendly, knowledgeable and responsive to deal with at all times.

DVS home ventilation systems are a scam. The one in our place make the place colder and damper. I've spoken to others who think the same thing like my aunty. Be careful

DVS main competitor probably made some of these reviews in bad faith. I wouldn't put it passed them! I have DVS in all 6 of my rental and my own house to for years. Always great customer serivce from them and no worries about tennants ruining my investment. A+

John, the Service Office Supervisor, was great, he was able to solve my issue within a couple of days!
