Dynamic Physio are my go to for all my rehab and recovery needs. I’ve used their Physio, Acupuncture, Massage and podiatry services and they have been brilliant. Attentive, thoroughly listening to my issues. Such nice people and so professional. Highly recommend!

I recently had the pleasure of working with James at Dynamic Physio, and I cannot speak highly enough of his knowledge, expertise, and care during my physiotherapy sessions. From the moment I arrived, James made me feel comfortable and at ease, taking the time to carefully assess my injury and develop a plan for my rehab.

Throughout my sessions, James was incredibly patient and thorough, taking the time to answer all of my questions and explain each exercise and treatment in detail. His communication skills are exceptional, and he has a unique ability to make a complex injury understandable and manageable.

What sets James apart is his attentiveness to his patients and his ability to adapt to their specific needs. He truly cares about the wellbeing of his clients and goes above and beyond to ensure they are comfortable, safe, and making progress.

They are very good at booking an appointment only, acupuncture lasts 20 mins 25 tops, few needles only …. The physio is a joke …if you have a serious problem they will try to send you to another place

Hello. I have had and still have ongoing treatment with the delightful, serious and dedicated Chante at Milford branch.
This young lady has recently moved to NZ from South Africa. She appears to have adjusted really well for such a huge move with her husband and doggo.
Chante has great knowledge of Physiotherapy and I'm sure her clients needs I know like mine have always been met. Very structured sessions, with a little laugh to make the appointment a little less serious. Should the need arise, I will certainly return to her for treatment. I will undoubtedly recommend Chante to anyone who requires Physio treatment.
