Scott and his team did a great job sorting out our drainage issues. They were really good communicators, tidy and professional and a pleasure to deal with. I would happily recommend them to anyone with any drainage or wastewater issues.

Scott was initially engaged to open a narrow shallow 'investigation' trench at the rear wall of an Auckland warehouse, where water was leaking at below-exterior-ground-level, through a concrete block-wall expansion seam, after heavy rain. Once the trench was opened up it became apparent that a significant remedial job to remove badly corroding corrugated iron across the sub-surface face of the wall (acting as a 'water channel' and 'water retention' mechanism against the wall) would be required, together with reapplication of waterproofing and a suitable new protective membrane on the entire below ground wall to a depth of about 2.0 metres.
Scott's initial quick, thorough and professional work, lead to him being engaged to undertake the complete repair, which he oversaw extremely well. Cost estimating was accurate, deployment of subcontractors was well coordinated, communication with me throughout was timely and insightful, and at all times, as weather circumstances and subcontractor availability changed, Scott achieved good solutions to achieve an excellent outcome, which should stand the test of time. His attention to detail was good. Overall, he is highly recommended, based on this one-time experience.
