Excellent service. Very thorough look at issue. Great ethics. Recommended not to install a goose neck tap due to low water pressure issues, when they could have sold one and made some cash on the sale of the tap.

We had major renovations done at the restaurant and not only did they do a fantastic job but they were fantastic with their knowledge base in suggestions of durable and cost effective ideas. We had plumbing and a huge amount of gas work done. Super friendly and always ready with a clever plan. Office team are fantastic as well, quick with quotes and options, amazingly friendly. Very clever people.

Would NOT recommend. Gave us incorrect quotation then charged us around $1000 more than quoted.

Plumber arrived promptly the next day after my call. He showed me the problem before he fixed it and explained how he was going to fix it. He then got in with it and the leak was repaired quickly.

Good quality result. We got our duxquest pipes replaced and have peace of mind now. Price was not far off the estimated price. At first the hot and cold water was reversed, but came back and made sure it was right. They also took the time to hunt around for a suitable toilet when it was discovered the one originally ordered did not fit. At the end of the day, we have the result we wanted for a fair price.

Awesome experience with using Eagle Plumbing, we needed a fairly small job done on our gas with only a coupe of days notice due to us having benchtops changed in our kitchen.

These guys responded to my email straight away and confirmed they could do it in time and they did.
Very nice neat job and on time which was great.
Dealing with them online and with emails meant it was easy to get hold of them and book this job.

I had a water pipe break a join in the kitchen on a Saturday night that required me to shut off the water mains for the remainder of the weekend.
I did a web message to Eagle Plumbing who I had a great experience with some months earlier and Victoria called early on the Monday morning to explain she could get someone to come by between jobs and if he could not fix it straight away at least make it so we could have water to the rest of the house.
The guy came, fixed the issue and even pushed the dishwasher back into place which I had removed to find the leak.
Fully recommend Eagle for above and beyond customer service.

Arrived early by 15 mins which was good. Diagnosed issue and fixed promptly. Had to go out for part due to older style unit. Left area clean and tidy. Answered query about other issue and gave estimates for cost. Very pleasant young man, very efficient

Update after having a think. Eagle plumbing turned up and provide an assessment and tightened some couplings on the meter albeit a couple of hours earlier than organised but that's alright as I was home. Ongoing issue around meter box. Appeared to rectify the problem even with the leak on council side by watching the meter which I agreed was correct.

For some reason unfortunately within days the meter box is again filling up. Council attend and advise the leak is now on our side of the meter which I located and viewed. Rather then have them back I fixed the problem myself this time around. It appears the couplings loosen when the other tightens which possibly could have been fixed initially.

Eagle plumbing have a very friendly team and appear well organised. I think I would have been happier if the plumber had looked at all the fittings and tightened them individually and used thread tape or hair etc to get it snug.

I would probably use the team again just a little unhappy with how this went this time as I paid the minimum callout fee. More like 3.5 stars but rounded up because of good service.

My toilet unit is not flushing well. Paid hundreds dollars used a drain blocker, the problem still exist. The tenant was not happy and kept complainning about high water usage. I had to looking for a good plumber who knows how and can do. I am lucky and I found Eagle Plumbing. I am grateful for their service. An experienced plumber Jeremy Fletcher is, and He helped me saved thousand dollars on my toilet unit, which did not need replacement at all like what the drain unblocker said. I am adding Eagle plumbing as my favourite plumber.and I will come back and also recommended to my friends and family.

Eagle Plumbing have a unique communication system from the onset of visiting their website, the chat feature is very helpful and there's always a real person on the other end to provide information. We booked a job with a plumber to upgrade our current shower head and unclog a bathroom sink. Jerry arrived on time to do the job and he was very helpful and friendly. He did a really good and clean job of the all the work we required. We are very pleased with the results.

Not that impressed, they had no parts in their van so had to go offsite twice while they got new parts (all while on the clock). The kid who they sent out couldn’t drive the van up our driveway and did a big burnout. Cost over 500 bucks for two easy jobs. Not good value. Nor a good experience.

Fast, efficient and cost effective. I have used Eagle Plumbing on a number of occasions and would highly recommend the Company for a wide range of plumbing services. Cheers guys
