Thank you Martina for repairing my broken body! I injured myself lifting weights and had pain in lower back, hip and sharp pain in my thigh. Ive been visiting Martina regularly over the last 2-3 months and am extremely grateful for the work she has done. I am now back to training full time with zero pain. Also thank you to Wendy (clinical manager) for always being friendly and welcoming.

Martina is very experienced and thorough! I had excruciating back pain for 3 days but it disappeared within 24 hours of seeing Martina. Have learnt a lot about the capability of Osteopaths and I would be happy to go back anytime!

I would just like to give a big shout out to Martina. A few weeks ago I woke up and literally couldn’t move my head as my neck was in so much pain. I felt completely helpless and incapable of doing anything physical. I luckily managed to get an appointment with her that day and with her amazing skills I was able to walk out feeling human again. With the exercises she has given me and a few more sessions I feel like I have my life back! Not only this she is super lovely and makes me feel 100% comfortable. I have been so impressed with the treatment I’ve received by Martina for my acute lower back issues. I have had 5-6 appointments with her and have gone from hardly being able to move, to playing with my young twins comfortably, which at the start seems like an impossible task. Although Martina is new to the practice she was so informative with what I should expect from my appointment, talking me through what she is doing in a way I could easily understand, and she had a warm comforting bedside manner, I couldn’t recommend her more.
Wendy on reception was always very welcoming too always greeting me with a smile, and very efficient at what she does from what I could see.
So very impressed and will be recommending friends and family!

I’m now going to East Osteo and see Matt there. I’ve been seeing him for different things and has always helped me fix the different body issues i had! The team there is always very helpful and can only highly recommend them!

In July 2022 Annie Lavy fully cured my injured neck over about 8 sessions, and provided me with 12 exercises. Result allowed me to return to regular open water distance swimming. Very pleased, thanks Annie!

Very happy with the service! Have seen Matt, Ryan and Sue due severe back pain and recently, pregnancy joint pain and lack of sleep/stress. After a couple of weeks I had my first ever Osteo treatment with Houman. He quickly identified my underlying issues and got my spine moving again. Highly recommended!

I highly recommend Eastbay Osteo! I brought my newborn baby (8 weeks old) in to see Ryan as she had some issues with her bowel movements specifically coordinating those muscles, and tension. After 4 session my baby was able to pass bowel movements with ease, tension had resolved and she was a lot happier. It was also noticed that she had a dominant side and Ryan helped to adjust that during these 4 weeks. Thank you team:)
