Very bad service, bad manner of speaking to their customers and poor quality of parts where we wasted almost a day and a half of our time waiting for correct part and our customer not happy with the out come due to these guys lack of workmanship and support!? We still waiting for parts to arrive.called 4 times with NO positive outcome?

Very slow on getting your parts has call and say I'm coming to collect now arrive give quote number waitng for 30 min nothing still waiting

Very bad company do not waste your money or time with them!

I purchased an item on the 22nd of july.
When the part arrived it was damaged and not able to be used for any vehicle, so they arranged for a replacement which also arrive damaged like the first one.

I told them i want a refund and they arranged a courier to collect their items.

I have made several calls and emailed them to get my money back and nothing! It has cost me $400 and i still haven't been able to repair my vehicle because of them.this is beyond a joke and i hope no one has to deal with this nonsense,

I will be taking this matter further untill i get my money back!

Good company to source used parts customer service could be a little better make sure they have part read to pick up. As I arrived to collect mine and had to wait for them to pull part out of another car.wouldnt b a problem if I didn't have to drive 2hr to collect part. Otherwise awesome service. Just double check before you leave to collect yours

Bought a part for 72$ and return it 5min later because it was in bad condition, the girl there told me I will get refunded by bank transfer (of course they took the part back), after 11 months still waiting for the money, no reply on the phone, this review will be delete when I get my 72$ back, is the second time I review this, will come back in few months again until I get my 72$.

Can't say much. I uplifted two vehicles off to new locations. All went smoothly with no real problems.

Useless! Ordered a part off these folks at 11.00am on a 3+ Hour Courier and get a call 5 hours later to say they can't supply it. Spoke with GEE Motors at 4.45PM on the same day - They've supplied the right part and got it on an overnight courier for a better price! Normally Parts Connection members are very good but not impressed in this case. Phone GEE Motors in Napier on 06-843-0406, no problems!
