Went in looking for furniture for new place, lady who works the furniture area was lovely. Awesome customer service and looked after us well. Left with a dinning and lounge set, no hassles at all! Great quality also!

Organised well - the ladies on checkout are lovely. Well worth the price, heaps of items and multiple payment methods. My nana loved shopping here, they have a sale at the moment 50% off on most items.

Park outside this shop today after hours, all empty parking, and this arrogant employee tell me that I can not park there.is this christian value? Isn't this shop a charity shop? Besides there's no signs anywhere says no parking or pirate parking etc.shame on this christian centre.may be the owner's name is christian, if so I will remove this post.the feedback is a lie! I parked outside on the road and no one used those parking, there's no fellowship! Where is the integrity.

Great op-shop with a lot of variety.
Slightly disappointing prices have increased soo much beyond typical charity shop prices.

So terribly overpriced, absolute rip off. Wouldn’t go there again, could look past the smell but you could buy a lot brand new for cheaper and better quality

This place is not what it use to be I use to love this place and shop here a number of times a week. In last few years it has just got worse and worse.items are priced to way to high for a op shop and so much old junky stuff not even worth sorting through. They need to tidy the place up and review prices and price as 2nd hand. Some items are just under retail price it's a real shame.

Huge store with a wide range of goods at reasonable prices - give yourself time to browse because you’ll want to pick through the shelves down the back.

I have had the most amazing service from Jack and the team! Due to health reasons, we urgently needed a single bed for our parents. They arranged swift delivery even though it was past their working hours! They are super prompt with their response to messages and nothing ever felt like it was too much for them! Plus the added bonus of having afterpay available, was a huge relief at a time when we hadn't planned on purchasing a bed! The bed, a secondhand one, was in immaculate condition and my mum had the best sleep! So a very big thank you from me and my family for bringing some relief at a very stressful time!

Fav op shop in Auckland this op shop always has good items i never leave empty handed the staff a nice sometimes they discount your items which is nice it’s very well layer out

A shop where I always go to and always found something interesting there. Absolutely love it to the bits. Friendly staff and loads of goodies!

Thank to.you to Reena in furnitiure for looking after us. We got flooded out and had to replace our couch. Not only did we get a good deal but we got an extension on storage while waiting for new carpet to be laid. Thank you also to Levi and Josiah who delivered our couch. Very nice and respectful young men. Thanks to.you all for the great customer service.

Poor description of policies and not one staff gave me legitimate answers. If you aren’t sure of the correct answers then don’t give a half-a$$ answer. Peoples circumstances change but it does not give you guys the right to manipulate expecting me to not know what my rights are.

Poor customer service from Manager who I expected to know better. Such a shame.

In reply to the owner: Yes I did receive my refund, however I was lied to, manipulated FIRSTLY! Don’t reply to my review and pin point my reaction because your staff and the manager LIED! Of course you’re still going to receive a bad review, you get what you give. Period.

Big thank you to the amazing team at eastgate op shop for doing an amazing job especially during these covid days with barely any staff, and they are troopers still working hard and getting the job done. And thank you so much to Reena from the furniture team your amazing and I appreciate all your help and effort you put in to making purchases easy and also communicating to make sure the process goes smoothly. 5 stars isn't enough for you guys you deserve more than that for sure lol thank you team hope you guys stay safe and take care of yourselves.

I love this charity shop! Affordable pricing, very organised and a great range of second hand goods.

Always find a bargain here and the staff are wonderful. My hubby and I love visiting this op shop.
