I found what I was looking for and went through an easyb online purchasing process.
The item arrive promptly, was well packaged and was not damaged.
There was also a little handwritten note from Ebony saying many thanks.

Always go here for my indoor plants and fertilizer needs. Staff are great and for a small shop they have so much to offer and prices are really good. Support small and support local!

Been visiting easy grow New Lynn lately and have been served by James and ebony a few times each. Have to say by far this place has the best customer service I receive in Auckland. James is just onto it he takes his time to show you products depending on your needs and gives you spot on advice about them. Just 5 star service all round every time we go in! I went to easy grow west Auckland to ask about LED's Cree Vs Citizen but was told they would not discuss anything stocked by competitor i.e citizen.i'm guessing the guy didn't know and should have just said. I asked other basic questions like the wattage on the Cree unit being 300w and was told he doesn't control the website. I'm 42 been going to easy grow since i was 18 first bad experience - Two stars for customer service.

They have everything I need and treat customers with respect. I have had shocking encounters with competitors here in NZ who don't know the technology of LED vs HPS/MH. Don't go to 'grow and brew'.

Nice clean and very organized shop with staff who have a very wide knowledge of horticulture and every product they're selling in there store. Everything needed for growing soil based or hydroponics plants for both indoor and outdoor applications, very high quality and premium products. From growing mediums, heating, cooling, extraction, ducting, plumbing, irrigating, plant foods, additives, pots, grow tents/wardrobes etc.too much to mention, the one stop plant heaven. Ample free parking on site, opened 7days.
