Ebbett Pukekohe - Holden & Nissan

I purchased a 2018 Kia Rio just over 3 years ago from this dealership. It has served me well and been an awesome little car to drive. Upon its last wof nearly 4 weeks ago it was bought to my attention there was rust up underneath where it can’t be seen unless up on a hoist. The mechanic deemed it to be unwarrantable due to the extent of it. This came as quite a shock to me given it hadn’t been detected before this. He suggested I give Ebbett Pukekohe a call, and email photos to see if there would be anything they could do to help. I got straight on to that, thinking I wouldn’t have much luck given the length of time I’d already owned it for. I was pleasantly surprised with their fast response and helpful manner. After the first few initial emails they told me they would make a submission to Kia NZ to have the rust fixed under goodwill. That application was unsuccessful sadly. However after talking with the manager at Ebbett Pukekohe the lovely reception lady (Lucy) who I have had the good fortune of dealing with- was able to get them onboard with helping me. They got back to me to say they would fix the rust at no cost to myself aswell as give me a loan vehicle for a week! I couldn’t believe how incredibly helpful this business has been, particularly since they weren’t under any legal obligation to help me out. This is definitely going above and beyond to keep their clients past and present happy. I highly recommend this business to anyone and everyone looking to make that next vehicle purchase. Thank-you so much Lucy and the team. You guys took all my stress away. I’ll be back for sure one day.

Great experience getting our new MG ZS EV. Jerry is very helpful while we need to get our heads around the new technology. I thought I was stranded but he returned my call for help in no time and got me going again. He even produces instruction videos himself. We could not ask for a better salesman to deal with.

Since Rick has left this place and its quality customer service has gone seriously backwards. Better off getting your vehicle services done elsewhere now.

Not normally one to do this; but I wanted to leave a 5-star rating for Ebbett Pukekohe and in particular Wayne Ko. My first contact was a Saturday night question left on their site; within 30minutes I had the dealership contact me and Wayne. I was warmly welcomed and struck up a casual, no pressure dialogue with Wayne. The Navara they had ticked all my boxes. I arranged to drive up to see them (2hrs) and the vehicle was ready and waiting. We had a great drive out with my potential trade. Agreed to purchase (probably the easiest sale he has had!) and kept the lines of communication open over the week. Flew up Saturday, collected at the airport by Tony (awesome guy). Car was ready, valet, new RUC, Rego, WOF and serviced (!). Way beyond what I was expecting. Wayne Ko is a really pleasant guy, clearly likes his job, likes people and loves his cars. As I say, I don't normally do this, but if you need ANY car, go and see Wayne and he'll find it for you I am sure. Cheers)
