Ordered tri-fold doors from this company on recommendation from builder. After a lengthy delay they installed into the frame. Access door would not fully close or lock from day 1; they came back the next day but problem worsened over several months until the door would not close at all. We provided evidence that the frame was straight and problem was within the locking unit of the door. They were dismissive and unapologetic. Technicians seemed poorly trained, more focused on shifting blame than addressing the issue. Eventually resolved by locksmith with a relatively easy fix. Would not recommend this company at all. Avoid!

We both alominium windows and doors brand new from this company store New Lynn they was very friendly and prompt we recommend them to everyone who don't want to have problems They excellent and help me about.

Eco Demo Tauranga are the worst company we have dealt with. We paid our deposit in Feb 2021 on the understanding it was 50 to 60 working day turn around. 100 working days in and still no window / door. Got told they would deliver for free to sweeten the deal. Here we are almost 130 days in and still no doors! They back tracked on the free delivery and charged us 100 to deliver - which was paid on invoice as well as the remainder of the door / window invoice. Delivery was meant to be this week and we now hear there is yet another hold up. AVOID THIS COMPANY - excuse after excuse. If I could give zero stars I would!

Very helpful staff and great customer service! I was very pleased with my purchase of 2 double-glazed sliding doors from them. Their prices are very reasonable and the products are definitely worth it. I would definitely recommend them!

I have been buying windows and doors for my properties for years now and they always serve me with a smile. They service is top notch.
I wouldnt go anywhere else, cannot recommend them enough!

I ordered a window and was told that it would be ready for pickup about a month later. A month passed and I hadn't heard anything, so I rang up and was told that the latest shipment of joinery from China didn't contain my window. I was told that the next shipment in another month's time might contain my window, but no guarantees. I asked for my money back which took almost 3 weeks. They never answered my emails following up about the refund. I had to ring them several times to ask where my money was, and once they even lied to me saying the money had just been transferred when it hadn't. Very unprofessional service, do yourself a favour and go literally anywhere else.

Do not recommend. Service is hopeless, product just as bad. Can't keep to their deadlines, dumped my unit on the concrete, came with plenty of scratches. Doors didn't lock at first either, until I argued with them for an hour and they came and changed the lock. Don't be deceived by the low price, this company has no idea how to operate as a professional business. Go anywhere else but here

Eco Demo Aluminum Windows and Door is the Best in the Business AAA+ always helpful from office to warehouse, the Owner Operators are a true asset to Auckland, New Zealand and Any Overseas installations, they did our joinery some years ago and the product is still in awesome condition, Zubeer and the team are always so helpful and friendly, If only EVERY NZ Company was this Good i would recommend this company for better deals.

EcoDemo Auckland came to do one window replacement for me in an older house, which then turned into me replacing my whole house with them I was so impressed with the product. I found them to be professional, helpful, informative and always willing to go the extra mile to help me out. The customer service team were always really friendly and helpful and gave me weekly updates of where my joinery was in their system. The house is so much warmer and our power bills are down.

3 years after the window was installed. Contacted them re handles and they replaced them for me at no charge. I couldn't be happier. Cheers, guys!

If you are not a builder and you do not 100% know what you need to order, they will not help you even if you ask them to repeat the same as your previous order. Horrible customer service
