Honestly if I could, I would rate this in the negative stars. Called them after buying a voucher from grab one…they said they could fit me in but they’d have to call me back to organise it. A few days passed and I hadn’t heard back, called again and the lady said to text her on her mobile which she provided, and they could come the week I needed. Never heard back until I got grab one involved and they then said they were fully booked the whole week and couldn’t fit me in for the week I had asked for several times after reassuring me they could fit us in. Left us having to last minute try and organise everything again. Would not recommend. Seems like they don’t value their grab one customers only the customers who boom directly through them. Why even be on grab one if you’re going to treat us like garbage?

Similar to other one star review: bought off Grabone, turned up and demanded more money due to being too dirty (despite have just being cleaned) and then walked off job without doing any cleaning (didn't communicate this, landlord let us know the next day). Subcontracted to Flash Cleaning. Appalling. I would be embarrassed to be associated with this company.

Purchased a grab one voucher for moving house cleaning. They cancelled the appointment after they said the house was too dirty to clean. (It wasn't even that bad) Why offer cleaning services if you won't clean? Then they said they would organise a refund but they don't answer their phone. Because of this we weren't able to find any other cleaners on such short notice and won't get our bond back. Terrible terrible service. Could not recommend against more!

I have bought Grabone vouchers for house and drive wash. It was tough to get an appointment to do the job. Once I got an appointment, they canceled the appointment three times. Very disappointing.

I have to say this company has done an outstanding job at my property. I was ditched by another company and was under a lot of pressure while moving out.my movers came very late.me and my husband struggled with everything. Team eco maid had more booking to move on too and gave us enough time they made double runs to my property because of we having delays with everything.very quickly done my house with excellent superbly excellent work in side my house. My windows are shining, oven In excellent condition cleaned out, bathroom feels like I can sleep in it everything else looks great. This team works like magic. Highly recommended keep it up team.

I have used this company few times now. I'm very surprised with eco maid excellent service I will definitely call you guys back my house and oven looks extremely amazing my wife is very happy and impressed. Happy wife happy life. Thank you so much for your help in such short notice. Great

I asked for a move out cleaning and oven cleaning from eco maids.they did an amazing work.ended up getting my full bond back. Team was very punctual and very communicative. Would definitely recommend them.

Extremely unprofessional people. Pathetic service. I bought a Grabone voucher for a move out cleaning. Booked them 2 weeks in advance. The lady came late, visited the house and told me that it's a oversized two bedroom house so they can't do it. Nothing like that was written on the terms and conditions. She just left me in a difficult situation though I offered her to pay more. When I called up their office the lady there didn't have any answer. She said she will talk to the cleaner and call back but that never happened. Infact she didn't even receive my call after that. Big fraud!

This company is a complete scam. Purchased a GrabOne voucher only for them to tell me that they didn’t service my area due to Covid (we’re not in lockdown and cleans can go ahead). Tried to contact them and GrabOne for a refund and no answer or communication.

AVOID AND BOOK ELSEWHERE!

I paid for a 4 bed, 2 bathroom, 1 oven clean, move out clean.the communication was appalling from the start first red flag, I finally made contact to confirm what services they offered explained I had wooden floors throughout and extra care with vacuuming and mopping, to which I was reassured that this was totally fine, they would let the crew know, I purchased the service for a Saturday, the crew turned up over an hour late, we went through the house I reminded them what I had discussed with management and left, and received a messaged half an hour later saying they couldn’t do the clean due to me having an issue with the vacuuming and mopping, this again was a move out clean and a final inspection was being carried out that evening. Tried to call the 0800 number only to get a message someone would call me it was there day off, finally had a call from someone whom formed me there was nothing they could do that they would call me back Monday. I had to pay someone else to do the clean, no phone call nothing blocked my number and didn’t reply or call back. DISGUSTING SERVICE AND WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.

Very professional and valuable service. I bought grab one coupon for 4 bedroom house cleaning. They did excellent job. The price is also good because other companies were charging me higher than that. Good value for money and service.

A professional team. First i bought their oven cleaning voucher. They did good job then i buy their 5 bedroom 2 bathroom move in cleaning voucher. They did such a good job in a good price. I am so satisfactory that i dont need to pay much to other companies when i am getting excellent service under good price range. Amaging guys.

Very disappointed, no communication didn’t know if they were turning up. Paid for 2 bedroom house oven clean interior windows, it took 2 ladies Only One & half hours (say no more). Also had to re clean house as we were moving out, charged extra travel which we didn’t discuss. Do not use them, Rip off.

Booked them early in the morning. Arrived an hour late without any communication. There were two cleaners and they were relatively polite. Bought a Grabone coupon for their services and the coupon itself did not include much. If you wanted the laundry cleaned, or cabinets, you would need to pay extra. It was a moving in/out clean and the funny thing is that they don't scrub anything at all or clean areas that are not easily visible. They lightly wipe and vacuum which is certainly not enough for a lived in house. If you have a couple of hours and some rags and a vacuum, please don't waste your money on these guys. It's not worth it.

I booked Eco Maid for a House Move-out clean throught Grab-one. The cleaning was hardly professional and they said 'this is not for a house move out cleaning'. I dont understand then why it was listed so. Poorly cleaned (I could do better, myself) the house and then I had to call another Professional cleaners to do the job. Waste of Money!

DO NOT USE ECO MAID SERVICES. THEY RIP YOU OFF.

Eco Maid Services are the worst cleaners you could hire in Auckland. We paid for a full house clean - 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms to be fully cleaned. They only half cleaned the bedrooms and didn't check for the third bathroom, they just said they were done.

Their customer services are appalling and the cleaning services produced were terrible - using the same cloth for the floor, toilets and then the kitchen bench top, which is disgusting. The people cleaning were not very happy either the quality of the cleaning was very bad and not worth $500 at all. Do not use Eco Maid Services for any of your cleaning, as they will not do a good job.

Also be aware of the five star, extremely positive reviews, as these do not deserve to be there and is suspicious - maybe the employees are writing these.

GrabOne should also stop advertising Eco Maid Services to its customers, as the services produced are not worth the amount you pay.

Very bad.bought a grabone voucher.they forgot one room completely and told me it is done. Please dont waste money on them. Grabone.please remove it from your listing. I had to book another cleaners to do the job again. Waste of money
