Ecostore

I received my boxes of goodies today. Too well packed. Now is very busy season for them, took 1 week, is fair. They certainly spend lots of effort in packaging. Very nice stuff, better than what I expected. Thank you so much.

I love the refill stations throughout the country but currently almost every refill product is out of stock. I've been told that there is just about no stock for supermarkets to purchase from ecostore for the refill station. Farros has been out of stock for more than two weeks. Quite unfortunate that customers can only buy online and not in-store at supermarkets.

I loveEcoStore products, I’m a huge fan of all cleaning products and soaps, and also the staff and company in general are so helpful and kind, They really do know how to look after there customers! Also love all the great info on there website. (Cute and helpful tips on there too)

I brought Ecostore Dishwasher powder.it was nigh impossible to get the safety cap off. Not sure that I will buy again.

UPDATE. When the baby product finally arrived, I was thrilled with their product. Beautifully packaged in a wooden box. I would buy again but would allow more time for the delivery to arrive. I placed an order for a gift 5 days ago. I phoned yesterday and asked am I going to receive a tracking order to be told yes I should have a tracking number. I was shocked to be told my order has not been despatched. The products are supplied from Auckland NZ so why the wait?

Products OK to good, but some better than others. Very expensive postage for online orders. Customer service needs improvement and phone line needs fixing - message boxes full so no message could not be left!

Ecostore is AMAZING! I've been using their products for years and have noticed a difference in calmer and happier skin. It's so much more sustainable and ethical: I love the team and love supporting this brand!

Love the products. Decided to by bulk online - so good that it is available with so many of the products!
Delivery was prompt after order was made.

Love the Ultra - sensitive products of Eco-store, it is not only good but also effective for your cleaning purpose without unnecessary ingredients.

However, it is not easy to find all the Ultra sensitive products in my local supermarket （Centre Auckland area) or other wholesale store. So I decide to purchase the products online for the first time.

This is what you should be aware if you try to do the same thing:
after 10 working days (from order confirmed date) of waiting, the products that I purchased has been dispatched.it is hard to believe in 2021, there is a company still do not put enough attention and labour in online store when they promoting their online service (free delivery promotion, etc.)

Eco-store defiantly need invest more if they want to focus on online service.

Incredible range of household and personal care products. Well designed packaging, branding, and scent ranges. High quality but affordable and accessible. They tick all the boxes. We always choose their products over any other brand! The skin by ecostore range is outstanding and perfect for those with skin conditions. Cannot recommend highly enough!

Love their products. Would never buy any other brand when it comes to cleaning products, personal care, etc. It is the only product that doesn't flare up my ecszma.

Still don't have a larger shampoo bottle, or at least not in PaknSave. So cool to see the reply below. Really happy with that although I now use the refill at Huckleberries.

I love your products and use them at home. I am on a lower income. I am very disappointed that it costs me more to take my empty containers to our local refill outlet and refill than to buy the product at the supermarket.

I have not brought from the store itself but I have used a few of their products.

-Gentle Cleanser

-Ecostore Medium tooth brush

I am very impressed with the products I've used.
Face products:
My skin felt soft and hydrated.
I did NOT breakout, not Once.
The packaging has a nice weight to it and is very good quality.
The scent of these products are soft and pleasant. (They don't smell fishy)
Tooth Brush:
The weight and quality is very good.
It has a curve at the neck of the brush to help get the back teeth, around your teeth and gums.
It makes brushing your teeth easy.

I have just finished all of my skin care and I'm sad because they are Amazing!

Great products but the customer service is nothing to be desired at all and the restrictions of having to use Ecostore only plastic bottles allowed to refill is absurd! I'm trying to reduce our plastic usage by swapping some bottles to glass and apparently this unacceptable. Plus the sour face lady who served me. If there's another option for this type of product with same offerings but better service, I'm all there!

Wow, what an unsatisfactory dealing with customer service. Or a lack of it, I should say. Ordered some products for about $150 online on Thursday afternoon. A week later on Friday I realised I still didn't get my order and I emailed customer care at ecostore voicing my concern that it has been over a week and I still didn't get my products or any kind of communication about the order. It is Tuesday now and I still didn't hear from ecostore but products turned up this morning. Such a typical and poor customer service. Why bother having an online store if you are unable to operate it efficiently? Very disappointing Ecostore, very very disappointing.
Two stars because I like the products but I will consider other alternatives now. Alixpress delivers products to my door in 6 to 7 days from the moment I order, just FYI.

Great products! Staff is always very friendly in the right low-key kind of way. Love the eco-store nz soap selection.

My family simply can not function without this household product. We love it and always feel special when we come to this store. The manager is lovely, passionate and very knowledgeable about the product. It is nice to see that the product range is expanding and we are looking forward to your sunblocks.

It does seem that eco store has flat lined somewhat in the last few years. Not a lot of innovation recently. What did concern me somewhat was that the in store prices on many items when significantly higher than in the new world supermarket just across the street.
