We had the beef spicy noodle soup and pork mince noodle soup today. Really good yummy authentic food, very generous portions and well priced. Definitely coming back here!

So bland and tasteless, had higher expectations given the reviews. My soup tasted like water and the dumplings were the worst I’ve ever had

The service was impeccable - the gentleman taking our order gently provided excellent suggestions, and the staff was genuinely friendly to us. The food was superb. The wontons were out of this world, and we were happy with "medium" spice as 2 Americans who appreciate a little kick, but not being overwhelmed.

Love this place, I crave their noodles constantly and can’t stay away. Everything I have tried has been spot on. Amazing value for money and such good flavours

Love their wontons in spicy soup, however I got extra hot and it wasn’t spicy enough! Where is the numbing/sichuan taste?

Not a fan long wait and asked for mild it was so spicy I was chocking on the food and the other dish was so spicy was uneatable.no thanks. Never again. Second time this has happened

Thee absolute BEST freshly made Dumpring spot in the whole of AUCKLAND!
I travel from Sunnynook on the Northshore, just to get my fix of there Pork & Chives Dumpring in Medium spicy sauce.yummmyyy! There is NO place on earth that even comes close to the skills, taste and love produced by thee chefs here.
I've been a loyal customer for 7+ years when I first got introduced by my work mate Brian @Ideal electrical on Nugent Street. There was I identical dumpling shop next door when I 1st started comming here, but now it's gone and changed to a roast meals shop.
Very limited free parking and make a phone order before you collect to save time waiting. Recommended 10 out of 10 for pork and chive Dumpring

Tried Eden Noodles after our hike up to Mount Eden from the CBD.

We were there at 12-ish and there was a short quick, and it took a while to receive our order.

But their dumplings in spicy sauce 红油抄手，and their braised beef noodles tasted great. Dumplings in spicy soup 钟饺子 were decent too.

Would definitely return when I get a chance to return to Auckland!

One of the ladies (who was taking phone calls and serving customers on 24 August) was surprisingly rude! I spoke Mandarin with her so there's no cultural conflict or misunderstanding or anything like that. She was simply rude in voice, facial expression and words- I simply asked if there's any single meal choice containing both meat and veges, she immediately became so defensive and angry saying "what do you mean? ! There's no such a thing here. You either order meat or vegetable but not for both in one dish! " - that was in a very emotional and aggressive voice!

I suggest you never let this lady deal with customers at least, or just let her go. As you can see, there are multiple reviews talking about the rudeness of your staff. To save your reputation, make a decision today.

Visited this famous spot. Ordered wide noodles and Wontons in D1 soup mild. Noodles didn’t stand out too much and the sauce wasn’t as tasty as the wontons soup. Wontons were really tasty and the soup was 100% delicious. Mild is still abit spicy but this is worth it. Would love more meat in the noodles, prices were pretty reasonable. Paid $26.50 for both meals. Only open for takeaways, has lots of parking on the main road or the side streets.

The food is great here, but the lady at the till can be so rude for absolutely no reason lol. Have seen numerous complaints about her customer service but it hasn’t seemed to improve. Feels like the owners don’t really care?

First time hitting this place up last night. Heard lots of good things about it. Was not disappointed. Really delicious food. The spicy and special sauces are super delicious. Highly recommend!

They do not accept cash (is that even legal?) yet have the barefaced gall to charge a premium for using a credit card. Love the food, hate the attitude.

The lady on the phone was extremely rude. On top of poor communications skills she was very unfriendly. I don't understand when we dine in there is no extra charges for sauces used then why $1 extra charges for takeaways. Genuinely this is unfair. Definitely loose me as a customer now.
