Eden Tyres

The mechanic thought there was a slow puncture; Eden tyres didn't find it, but they swapped back and front tyres around, all for nothing.
Also, I had them once on Saturday morning for a puncture and they were quick.

Very unimpressed with this place and will not be going back. I got a replacement back tire to make a long journey down south. Immediately after having it replaced by Eden tires, we start our journey down south and are on the motorway a few kms south of Auckland and the tire is flat. We changed the tire and got it fixed. The people who fixed it said the valve had been damaged when the tire was changed. I called Eden tires immediately and they said it was probably my fault as I probably hit a curb or something. I said that I hadn't hit a curb and anyway it is the back right tire which does not go next to the curb. When I got back to Auckland I went into Eden tires to ask them for a refund and they refused again saying that the flat tire was most likely my fault!? I left my number for the manager to call but he never did. Then took the car in for a WOF at Honda and the car failed because the tire was mismatched! A total hassle and rip off all around. I will be going elsewhere in future.

These guys have saved me a few times over the last year (I've been a bit unlucky in the tyre department). Fantastic service, can't thank you enough!

Awesome group of guys, got a flat Tyre on the way to work showed up within 15minutes and put a brand new Tyre on and was good to go! Turned out my other front tyre needed replacing so they easily found time during the day to replace this one also and do a wheel alignment. Highly recommend these guys friendly and fast!

Got flat tyre during rush hour on the way to work went here to get them fixed. Fast service about 45 mins & cost me $387 for 2 replacement tyres & wheel alignment.

Called these guys on a Saturday 2 weeks ago just to put my tempory tyre instead of the flat one. The guy took off my tyre and showed me the puncture and said he could fix this so I said go ahead however i need the tyre back today which he agreed. He came back mi afternoon and said sorry I forgo to put air back inside so I will do it now and so he did, after putting the air he notices a puncture on the side wall and said to me he is sorry he was in the rush and forgot to put air at work shop so could no notice it and said this is not fixable. He was nice and clearly offered a free tyre to ' apologize for his mistakes' and added we often get tires from other cars. I asked him what about brand new and he said I don't think I have in stock.

He left and said he was going back to the shop to get a tyre and bring back to me. An hour later he texted me and said he has brand new one good rid $329 which I replied that he said he was going to give brand new and so he started to argue over by messages so decide to talk to his boss.

His boss clearly recognize the mistakes but said he won't offer any compensation and asked to choose if i wanted the $329 one or my old one back.

- Mstake one: Missing to see the second puncture with me
- Mistake 2: Missing to see puncture at shop even tho they had to take tyre apart and puncture was very very close
- Mistake 3: forgot to put air at the shop
- Mistake 4: staff offering a free tyre to Apologise and not respected

Overall this company I think takes too many jobs and are not providing the service they should and for this reason I do not recommend these guys.

The technician who came was a cool dude tho. Not impressed with Verdan the owner with the way he has managed the issue.

Great company A+ service would recommend you guys to all friends and family. Good prices friendly service quick and easy tyre swap and cheap too. Will be coming back to you guys in the future. Keep up the good work eden tyres

Very expensive. $50 for fitting and balance each tyres. I bought cheap tyres from this shop. On phone you conform $30. But when I come to you, you change price to $50. I just grab tyres and went to nearest shop where they did that tor $15 each.

Update: The tyre they gave me to replace my faulty tyre was also faulty so I had another flat tyre the next day. Never going back to this place. They are overpriced and it seems very sloppy at their job. I went to a family friend's mechanic instead and fixed up the tyre for me for cheap.

At first i was told i needed new tyres before getting my wheels alligned. This was good advice but I could not afford it.so i came back on a later date and asked them to do it with my old tyres.they clearly told me the risks but went ahead and did it for me anyway. I appreciated their service. It was quick and effecient and my wheel allignment has been great for the past month thanks to their team. I 'd recommend them.

Had a flat tyre with different and worn down nuts on so needed some speciality help.

Had my wheels aligned today. The gentleman who looked after me (forgot his name) was very approachable and nice. He also offered advice on what I will need to do in the coming months service-wise. Happy with the service and will come back soon. Thanks Eden Tyres!

Awesome service and products, great location and friendly. Vedran has always looked after my vehicles and has made great recommendations on tyres.

Their rates are high, like others charge 20 for a flat tyre but they do 30, perhaps near cbd everything is expensive. Service is good though.

I have a direct car importing business, I refer our customers to use Eden tyres services for several occasions. Vedran takes a good care of our customers. Friendly service and very professional. Highly recommend it Eden tyres!

Excellent Service. Called Eden tyres this morning after buying a grab one. They not only accommodated my request for a wheel alignment on a short notice they also rotated my tyres at very good price all with in an hour of my call just today. Highly recommended. Fast superb service. Thanks guys

Got a voucher off grab one. Friendly with quick service for alignment. But my car is still pulling to the left.
