I am left unhappy and dissatisfied with Andrew-he promised me value for money but sent Sam who was not an electrician yet I was charged for an electrician.
The owner Andrew made it clear that if I didnt pay his invoice that the work would not be completed which left me in a pickle without bathroom lighting for my elderly wife. I'm very dissapointed in what we thought was a genuine young man.i was left no choice but to pay his invoice for fear of being left in the dark.

I have since been in contact with the electrician Mathew who completed the work while Andrew was away on a boat working earlier this year. Mathew explained that both himself and another electrician quit working for Ekara as they were not being paid by the owner. More lies from Andrew commenting that Ekara never did work for me. I am left more dissapointed than ever after speaking to Mathew.

Ekara Electrical installed a kitchen fan and two bathroom fans for us. They were very responsive and came out within a couple of days to fit the fans. The installation looks great. We had a couple of minor issues with fan blades skimming the edge of the fitting, just one of those things, but Ekara responded immediately to a text and sent someone out immediately to rectify the issue. Would definitely recommend.

Working with Andrew and his team was a very easy-going experience, he was very professional, punctual and offered several pricing and lighting options to suit our desired budgets. I would highly recommend Ekara to anyone looking for electrical work)

Andrew and his team always attended punctually, at the agreed times, and are sure to let us know if there was a delay, ie obtaining parts.

Ekara have carried out emergency work as well as planned jobs, such as rewiring the whole house, plus doing the electrical work for our new kitchen earlier this year.

I would not recommend this business. I unfortunately used them for a home renovation job. They were constantly late - if they bothered to show up at all. Most of the work was done by an apprentice who was exceptionally slow and who they then tried to charge as a tradesman. When I tried to question the account the owner Andrew refused to supply the Code of Compliance unless I paid his overpriced invoice in full.
