We are so rapt with our stunning new kitchen from Elite Kitchens, which we installed in our 40 year old home.

Kathryn, the designer, was a dream to work with. She really listened and helped us come up with a design we adore.and she was all class as we made tweaks to the design along the way.

Tracey was amazing to deal with regarding the install and the installation team were absolutely fantastic. The communication throughout was outstanding and the quality of the kitchen is evident.

I love my new kitchen! Elite made the process of installing it easy and were supportive all the way.

We had quite a large order. Kitchen, bathrooms and laundry including quite a lot of storage in the laundry. Nothing ever goes quite perfectly first time. When things didn't go quite right they got them all sorted promptly. So now everything is looking first class.

Turning a small space (laundry) into the most amazing usable space.a "BIG THANK YOU" to all Elite staff for the design and manufacture of our pantry/laundry and huge thanks to the installers. Everyone was great from start to finish and the professionalism of the team is second to none! Our space is amazing and I love it!

Everyone we dealt with at Elite Kitchens was friendly, easy to communicate with, professional and constructively helpful. At no time did we feel rushed and no question was ever too simple. Dione who helped with our initial design was outstanding. She listened to our ideas and added to them with her own.

Despite COVID delays with delivery of parts the communication in regards to these was always clear. Follow up work was immediate and cheerful. Tracy and Alan responded promptly to queries and any appointments were always kept on time.

From the moment I first spoke to Tracy about reconfiguring my laundry the service was outstanding. I was kept ahead of what was happening and when which was great in a COVID world and knowing I also had to time plumbers & builders. And the finished product brilliant and Tracy (did I say) was awesome.

I needed doors for my Pantry alcove.
Hamish initially introduced me to Tracey the Installation Co-ordinator who was very open to what I needed.
She arranged for Dave their Installer to come immediately and measure up, which he did.
Then the next day LOCKDOWN 4 happened.
I reconnected when the lockdown level reduced. I was sent a quote which I found very reasonable.
Before I knew it Dave was back installing the doors and he made a great job.

We really enjoyed working with the Elite Kitchen team, right from the initial measurements through to final installation. The team were all professional to work with and accomodating to our schedule. We are currently overseas with a 10 hour time difference and we were able to exceed our expectations and install a kitchen effectively. Photos of the final installation look great and we can’t wait to use the kitchen upon our return mto NZ.

Very good experience, professional, responsive and good quality. They provided and helped talk through various options for my kitchen and I am delighted with the result.

What Elite Kitchens & Cabinets lack in imagination, communication, co-ordination, installation and satisfaction is EVERYTHING! One star is too many! It took six months to complete from delivery of the first cabinets, and what followed was a catalogue of errors and inefficiency! To boot, when I recently had a warranty issue with the décor panel on my dishwasher delaminating because of their failure to install a part of my integrated dishwasher, they ran a mile! If not for this, I would not have posted ANY feedback.

PS:

The fact of the matter is that I ordered a benchtop for my existing pantry to utilise a cabinet that had to be re-ordered due to their inaccurate measurements. I looked for a way to minimise their loss and not a year later; during the six months it took to finish the installation! Hard for them to remember when there were so many cooks spoiling the broth! They questioned my honesty and my recollection of the drawn out process!

The thought that went into the design has meant both the kitchen and utility area are a joy to use. Delighted with the quality and service

We have been dealing with Hamish and the team at Elite Kitchens for over a year now. Their organisation is extremely easy to deal with and friendly. I look forward to an ongoing business relationship with Elite Kitchens and to see their business grow in the future.
