I'm a meditation practitioner and have bought 3 sets of lights from E-max as I won't buy from that awful wrecking our natural world with fast shopping: Temu! I always buy local if I can and have tested making small wholesale and retail buys off a number of importers including Mighty Ape (1 star service verging on being scammed). I've dealt with the lovely Mia, who is proficient and observant and if you send an email, you get your order on time. I gave my 5 stars for their sustainable packaging and their attention to customer service. Here is my last purchase charging here (@$300)

I saw somethings I liked, clicked, paid and hey presto everything arrived much quicker than expected. All safely packed and undamaged. Well dome emax and the courier.

I have used eMax about 4+ times over 2-3 years and am always very impressed overall. Quality on items is as advertised and thus far no junk was received. Price was exceptionally attractive. Communications and delivery are very prompt. Packaging is excellent and among the best from all my many vendors. I have no hesitation to recommend eMax and their staff as an authentic outlet.

Got a security camera and there isn't any app for it there isn't anything useful

I am happy with the product I purchased. I received an email telling me when it was shipped. It arrived promptly and was exactly what I expected.

I bought 2 planter shelves and an outdoor furniture cover. Received them in good condition, and was even provided 2 gifts! I got really cute tiny tools that my husband said will be for the bonsai plants I don't have.haha. But they are actually really useful for small pots of herbs and for digging out some of those pesky weeds in planter boxes where it's too small to use the normal size tools.

Service is exceptional as well and there was clear communication throughout. Thank you Emax!

Was dubious ordering a charging cable from here but after reading reviews I took the plunge. I didn’t get any updates (after making payment), so naturally worried slightly. But then the cable showed up the next day (within Auckland). Would buy from again!

Thought it a great idea to get family members a wind-up radio, which also charges cell phones.
No sooner were they ordered, than they arrived - way sooner than I would have expected, which was a huge surprise and all in great shape. Very pleased with the purchase, the delivery time and the product. No photos, sadly, as a camera might have to be my next purchase.

Great products and prices with efficient service from helpful and friendly staffs who promptly respond to product inquiries and make fast delivery once payment has been received. Like, notifying me of payment received on Thursday and dispatching the parcel from Auckland on Friday with parcel tracking number, which arrived at my doorstep in Wellington on Monday. That's impressive quality service of communication and delivery! Browsing eMax website's wide range of products is serendipitous fun. Like, coming across things I wanted before and now eyeing them at affordable price. Like discovering their Air fryer 12pcs accessories, with excellent customer service to complete its purchase (thanks Mia!). Like discovering their 1000LM CREE XM-L T6 5 Modes Zoom LED Flashlight at such a great price that it becomes a must-have gift for family and friends. Like grabbing a couple of TENS massagers for sore backs and legs. Like.and so forth. Having purchased many things from them before and will be doing so again I have no hesitation recommending eMax for online shopping with trust and confidence.

As explained in my email to you, Paypal stated over the phone that payment done to Emax, my card have been charged already as per my bank statement, which I shared with Emax. Currentely I have a ticket with Paypal to investigate. My comment still valid, bad experience.regards

Great service, broken item in parcel was replaced with no fuss

Quality is next to zero.
Basically all their "goods" are cheaply made, and will end up in the recycled bin or the rubbish.
Bought a few products off them and they are now in the bin.
Some items like the PRINTER TONERS, were not filled, and when weighed they all weighed less than a "Branded" product.and all weighed 50 grams more than an empty cartridge.
New cartridge from an established brand weighed in at over 350 grams, theirs came to 250 grams.
Getting a response via email is near impossible.

This will be updated if I ever get an outcome or response from them.

Do yourselves a favour and go shop in a shop were you have the option to return faulty goods, and not shop online at this store.
