This course gave me a brighter perspective on how to deal with my own emotions, others' emotions, and how mindset plays a hugely important role to your everyday life! The course provided great tools to help guide us through conflict, time management and understanding others. The coaches were fantastic. I would 100% recommend this course to any individual wanting to develop their emotional intelligence.

This course was great. I'd recommend it for any level of manager or anyone showing interest in becoming a leader. Developing a foundational knowledge of emotional intelligence is essential to becoming a effective leader. The course is really well layed out and easy to keep up with while working full time.

I enjoyed the course overall it's help me to start learning a different style of Management and progressing towards the future and pointed out a lot of things I need to work on I gave me the tools to do it

These guys have taught me a lot about emotional intelligence and how to utilise your strengths and weaknesses within the work industry aswell as in my social life

I thought it was going to be a complex course. But the use of Ed App and the small lessons in each module made it an easier learning experience for me

I have had the greatest of privileges of meeting Sha & Lynnette they have helped me immensely in both my work and home situation. I would highly recommend this course to anyone/company. I have learnt to have a better understanding of others emotional situations, why they may not be as effective from one day to the next. It has helped me to have new found courage to have better relationships with my team to have empathy, to communicate much more effectively that everyone's voice is head not just listened to. I thought I was a good Manager with a team that respected me. Now I feel I am a GREAT Manager that has a team that not only follows & respects me even more but also encourages me to be bigger & better. I have also used my learnings at home to make me more patient & to stop procrastinating on my thoughts before I speak (I'm still learning) so this course is for many aspects of living not just work. I just wish this course was longer "thankyou" I got so much out of this and my takeaways are from every aspect of the course it was just what I needed.

The Emerging Leaders Course is an excellent way to increase your knowledge and skills in emotional intelligence. The course is delivered in an engaging manner, with group sessions, EdApp lessons and coaching sessions form Sha. The knowledge gained through completing the course will improve your leadership skills and abilities to manage your relationships with others by giving you real life tools and learning how to use the effectively.

The information provided is beneficial for anyone, even if you are more senior or just starting your career. The teaching techniques are fabulous, going from group exercises, to video conferences, presentations, apps, videos, and even one-to-one coaching!

Great course, I wish I had done this years ago. Always wanted to do a Toast Masters course like my eldest son did but this course is much better, self, life, work and social skills. I think busses should do this course

Each session with Sha was extremely valuable for me. She has help me find clarity and even let go of historical stress.

This course opened my eyes to how we interact with others, because for people who learn to understand emotional intelligence, inspiring and motivating others. Communications skills can influencing change and people management. I had a great time doing this course Sha, Lynnette and Robyn are wonderful they were always there to help us out and still are. I thoroughly enjoyed this course. I thought it was well put together, with all content flowing nicely from one topic to the next. Sha is a great communicator, making it easy to understand the content and clarifying anything in a compassionate and professional way when necessary. I found the one on one sessions really beneficial as Sha asks thought provoking questions to expand your learning. I would recommend this course to anyone and everyone! The world would be a better place if we all used a bit of Emotional Intelligence!
