I had a bit of a tangle with the electric gates and damage my new Hyundai Santa Fe - A day that started out so great ended up to be a very sad day - but phoned my insurance and they put us onto Shields Bros in Silverdale-
So we went down there on the Monday they had a look at the damage & said there will be quite a wait as with the floods that we just had they were ultra busy which was going to be about 6-8 weeks - that was fine no big deal as it was still drivable.

I have just had my car fixed and picked it up and I’m really stoked the workmanship is supreme such a fantastic job -
These guys are really fantastic - they were short on courtesy cars at the time so Reagan was such a cool guy he came and picked me up when it was time to pick my car up I was so pleased as I had no way of getting down there - as my husband was in hospital & with the rest of the family & neighbour's all working was going to make it hard to get down there during their working hours -
Arron is very helpful as well as Lincoln they all are very cool guys.

Very very much appreciated and highly recommend these guys if you happened to damage your prize procession -go see the boys they will set you right.

All went well. Just a shame the insurance company made me pay a excess for s criminal act by someone that resulted in damage to my car. How can that be my fault? Toyota insurance?

Had some work completed on my car here for the first time last month. This was an insurance claim due to damage.
Excellent job when finished, all sign writing back in place was immaculate and car was cleaned.very easy to use - would use again.

I have been there twice. They were friendly and had the job done perfectly. They are also honest with repairs and cost.

The second time I went there for a scratch damage that would not wash away. Prior to going there, I had been to a company in Albany (will not mention the name) and they said they had to book my vehicle in for 3 days and I had to pay excess when I arrive which was 400 dollar or the repair cost if it was cheaper than 400 dollar.

As I moved my house, I went to Emerson Panelbeating company and it turned out that the damage just needed a wash off and polish. They had it done right away and they told me I did not need to pay anything. Not even a labour cost!

I now know where to go and where I can trust!

Worst experience here! Poor communication is an understatement, owners are rude and only care about the money they pocket. Car got rear ended and was seemingly fixed until a couple months later I noticed a leak had started; brought it back to them and they refused to accept responsibility for not being thorough. Luckily took it to a mate who’s car savvy who confirmed the job was poorly done, found the boot wasn’t closing/sealing properly allowing rain to filter in. Absolutely appalling. Do yourself a favour and go elsewhere!

Only used as they were the company used through my insurance. Poor communication, when you phone you get told one thing then if you call in or ring back you get a totally different answer. The work was satisfactory but I will go elsewhere for better service.

The only AMI authorised nearby. But, last time, got some spots in my car painting fix. And you need to pay to get a courtesy car.

Great work, friendly staff. Car looks better than it did before the accident. Highly recommended!
