She isn't afraid to tell you how it is (even if it's a tough discussion to have) which is what sets her apart. Having an agent that's there to massage your ego is no good in this cooling market, but Emma's insights allowed us to make fact-driven decisions.

Due to the market, we had to adjust our expectations accordingly, but we trusted that Emma & her team would give 110% to capitalise on every potential buyer. In the end, we received a market-fair price for our property, but only after lots of lowball/insulting offers. I know that our final offer would not have arrived were it not for Emma & team's hard work in getting the deal over the line.

We also asked for Emma's assistance in purchasing our new property, which she was more than happy to offer. Again, her experience in this field was invaluable and I credit a massive portion of our purchase to Emma.
