Endless Metals Wairau reviews
52The team is perfect, very Helpful and friendly. Special thanks to Tim who helped us just by kindness!
Beautiful and very helpful team (Ruston & Tim) with yard and depot always tidy. Prices are worthwhile for sellers.
If I could give no stars I would. So rude and only want clean metal for very little money. Absolutely the worst scrap yard in Auckland
The person who handled me was very rude. If you are not going to buy that’s fine and good. What’s the need to be rude? Just drove down to the metal salvage yard nearby and had an excellent experience.
Good price and customer service. Only negative was a bit of a queue to get in, had to wait a while.
Come in often and the staff are really helpful, Josh in particular is always fast and friendly.
Hands down the tidiest, friendliest scrap metal yard I've been to. The customer service was amazing. Endless metals will be the only yard I need to visit in the future
Picture the scene: Vehicle broken down opposite Endless Metals Wairau. After two hours I’m still awaiting the arrival of the tow truck.
To my surprise, and untold gratitude, a young lady from Endless Metals crosses the busy four lane road and presents me with a mug of coffee and a bowl of chips.
She’d noticed me sat there and thought I might need something to drink and something to nibble on.
Now considering I wasn’t actually at Endless Metals and I received this amount of ‘not even a customer’ service the mind boggles at the thought of the kind of service I would have received if I HAD been a customer.
My heartfelt thanks go to that young lady and I commend Endless Metals on employing a human of such high caliber and community service.
PS: Surely this feedback has earned said young lady a gargantuan pay rise. No? Ah well, I tried for ya young missey.
Highly recommend the drive thru service at this branch. I had a great experience handing in a hand full of car batteries along with some other misc metals
Ask for Josh he was very helpful and knowledgeable about what I brought in and their going rates. It was a refreshing experience compared to some other companies (rude and rip off) he dealt with me quickly and professionally, would definitely return with my future scrap metal!
The young lady is super helpful and nice. Awesome service and I will definitely be taking my scrap to endless metals again
Very happy with the easy process and fast service. These guys accept empty helium capsules and kitchen appliances and many more…
Excellent service, very friendly staff, would recommend this yard to anyone who wants top dollar customer service and value for the products you are scrapping. Will be back for sure, the entire process was efficient
Recommended - very pleasant to deal with and gave me a good price. I would be very happy to deal with this company again in the future.
Great service, clean and organised and we were paid a good price per kg. Highly recommended
Amazing experience. Got a great price for my old car panels and batteries. Awesome staff there too. Definitely coming back.
Easy, professional, friendly, drive through and put your unneeded metals, commercial, industrial or residential into a reliable recycling system, and get paid!
I sourced this business based on their reviews and I can happily say that the reviews are accurate and they are absolutely excellent to deal with
Great experience this morning dropping off car body panels and batteries. Staff were very friendly and the prices are good
Friendly & helpful staff. Perfect place for taking care of your unwanted metal and they give a good explanation on what their processes are with the recycled metal and where they end up!
