The health system in NZ is not very good compared to Australia and even the UK. Head administration staff oh so sweet and nice but not organised or very professional behind the scenes.

The first time in a long time I have felt genuinely heard or taken care of in a medical setting.

Thank you to all of the staff, you do wonderful work.

The clinic runs like a well-oiled machine. Everyone is super professional and kind. The doctors instill confidence and obviously know what they are doing. The facilities are beautiful, brand new and ultra clean. Even the complimentary coffee is a grade.

Cannot rate these guy's high enough, professional, caring and thorough. The place is spotless all staff are caring and respectful. I couldn't of been looked after any better

Scheduled for gastroscopy on 4/8/22. I must say that the entire procedure was rather smooth and pleasant with great service from the nurses on that day. However, more than 7 weeks have passed and I have not received the doctors letter despite calling a couple times to check on the results. I was told the results will be out 3-4 weeks after the procedure and the doctor will write one soon yet I still haven’t heard from the doctor/ nurse until now. So, I called on the 5th /6th week again, I was advised by the receptionist that the doctor hasn’t written the letter yet but I was offered to send the histology results first whilst waiting for doctors letter. I waited and still heard nothing so I called today, and guess what, I was told the same story again that they will help follow up with the doctor. I’m not sure how long I have to wait to get my results so I can get an official advise from the doctor regarding my condition. I’m really concerned with the way things are handled around here.

The MacMurray Centre facility was fantastic.

I went in for a colonoscopy and this was my first kind of medical procedure since I was a child so I was nervous about going in but I needn't have worried. The staff were amazing and I was treated very well.

The very first part of the procedure was a bit uncomfortable but after a couple of mins it was fine.

So far it's the best medical procedure experience I can remember.

First time there, staff very helpful and friendly Specialist explained the procedures clearly. Place is clean and good parking for patients.

A very clean, modern and we'll organised centre. Staff were pleasant, detailed and informative. Dr Raj was very approachable and knowledgeable and I never felt like I was rushed. The post operation process was streamlined and calm. It made a concerning time in my life very manageable.

A wonderful experience at the Macmurray centre from start to finish. Couldn't be better; each staff member was friendly, patient, compassionate, professional. Love it, well done.

Brilliant experience yesterday at this clinic. Like others, apparently, I was nervous and quite teary to be honest. I kept telling myself to get a grip and that folks with real health issues show more strength and decoram than I was exhibiting. Thankfully, the entire team were wonderful and showed such patience, even while having to delay my procedure for several hours because I'd foolishly drunk water on the drive there.
From Dr. Judy and Rebecca (Sorry, due to my imminent death.not. I can't recall the other caring men and woman who assisted during and after my procedure), everyone offered support, encouragement AND delicious coffee!

Very reasonable wait times, beautiful modern and clean building. Kind and attentive nurses who make you feel very calm.

So friendly and professional.
There is lots of parking, easy to find
The preparation days before was explained and got phone calls from the clinic with explanations for the procedure.
Super clean and airy gives you a calm feeling.
I was looked after by Dr Ming Han Lim who explained everything detailed and did everything so calmly and in a manner that felt very very safe and discreetly done.

Alasdair, Catherine & Penny have always been wonderful to deal with. From the warm, welcoming reception, through to the outstanding care and attention. These people really do care about human lives!

It’s a shame you have xenophobic reception staff. Jessica Wedlake, Morgan, Ashley and Emmy were very cold and unwelcoming.

Went yesterday for a colonoscopy, was so nervous about the procedure but the nursing staff and the specialist who performed my procedure couldn't have been nicer so thank you so much to you all for helping to make my experience a more comfortable one for me

Totally agree with the other posters about the fabulous staff, including the nurses and reception staff as well as Dr Alasdair Patrick. They managed to schedule my procedure at less than 24 hours notice, and everyone was lovely - warm, kind, and professional. Special thanks to the nurses and to Dr Patrick, who made me feel individually cared-for even though they see heaps of patients every day. Excellent experience overall.

I have referrals by my GP to MacMurray Centre four times for two Colonoscopy exams by Dr. David Rowbotham & another specialist (three years ago), one Gastroscopy by Dr. Judy Huang and one Endoscopy by Dr. Alasdair today. They are all very nice, professional and experienced specialists. The all staff like receptionists, nurses and assistants are all very nice, warm personality and provide very good services. Thank you all!

The nurses made me feel comfortable and relaxed. Macmurray has a very welcoming feeling, it felt more like a Spa than a Doctors clinic. The whole experience was great from start to finish. They really know their stuff!
