The service provided from the customer service team to the assessor and the installer were all professional, punctual and efficient. I am a very happy customer and will certainly recommend EnergySmart to anyone looking for efficient home energy solutions.

Had A/C installed couple of month ago by Samuel clark, he was lazy as and didn't installed properly and I was so disappointed of his messy work.called up and explain what's wrong and Justin organized technician promptly, huge thanks to "Murphy" came down over emasculated holiday period and fixed/checked everything to make sure all is good.he is amazing guy and definitely deserves a payrise

Used energy smart for install of Warmer homes program.

Inspection and advice was great.
Communication was pretty good, Sharon kept me up to date with install and time frames.

Team can to install while I was away. Left the area very clean after the install.

Had a small issue after the install and they were very responsive (turned out I just need flip the fuse switch in the end so not issues at all)

Will gladly use their services again.

Very poor service. I made a 50% deposit in Nov 2021. We were told there was backlog of jobs (due to COVID) and so installation was to be early 2022. By March, we had heard no word from this company so I made contact. Our details were lost in their new system. They also did not have enough materials to complete the job due to incorrect measurements on their part, adding a further delay. Fast forward to April 2022 - insulation is 3/4 done & they've left a huge mess. Again I contacted Josh McManus to ask when the job would be complete. According to his records the job was completed "2 weeks ago" & he had just filed the paperwork for the said completed job.

Recently had the heat pump installation at our property. Installation done by Scott and Sham. Amazing team. Very professional. The job done was very neat and tidy. 100% recommended,

Really Disappointed by lack of communication regarding installation.spoke to call center people few time n sales person.no one had no idea regarding installation date.all have answer we dont know.some1 will be in touch before installation.finally had to cancel my orders and go to other providers.only people who were good in call center were first person and last person i spoke.overall awfull experience.wouldnt recommend specially when there are lot of companies outside.my personal experience was pretty bad.

My understanding is this company is expanding quickly.
Really confusing with all the different people contacting me.
Quinten is a great asset to this company, knowledgeable, friendly, efficient.
Happy customer in the end.
