Nice place to go to and have a look at some nice showers that we are looking to replace my old one with.

Went to go buy a shower off of this company just now and got told we couldn’t buy a shower unless we told them if we are vaccineted or not.

I am not sure why this company feels they have the right to ask for my personal medical information let alone discriminate against people who can’t have the jab.

I would suggest nobody supports any company that this sort of behaviour towards its cusotmers.

Great company with quality products & a great warranty service response. With correct installation from a reputable plumbing company Englefield would have to be your first consideration.

Bought an Evora toilet from Zip. When it was installed, the plumber realised the toilet seat had the wrong hinge posts so couldn't finish the installation. After multiple attempts to get the right parts sent (they kept sending the wrong things!), we are still left without a toilet! It's taken them over a week to try and sort this little issue without success. I never knew sending the right hinge posts could be rocket science! Scott offered to compensate the plumber for the time he has to spend on sorting this out. We were the ones who have been chasing up, trying to sort this out with the store, paid the plumber for the job, and the plumber is the one who is getting the compensation from them, instead of us, or the guest who has been living in the new space without a toilet! Not sure how they came to this "logical" outcome! Thanks, Englefield, I shall NOT recommend your products or service to anyone!

We bought the Milano Shower Mixer from Englefield in the past year and were disappointed to find it leaking. However upon contact with your store, we had fantastic customer service from your employee Scott who promptly found a plumber for us to fix the problem. If you need the right advise about their products, this is the right place. The premium products on display and the crew are extremely helpful.

Issues firstly with Englefield Valencia door not closing. New 5 months old. When fixed a leak developed at door and frame developed. Fixed again, still leaking but not as bad, now door opens by itself. So gone from door not closing to leaking and door opening fully which is a pain. Emails sent over last two months but no one wants to know.

My husband and I can not thank Keith Lemon enough for all the help he has given us to get our shower doors fixed. Without his help I would still frustrated daily by them not staying open and performing the way they should have. Thank you so much Keith for all your efforts.
