The WORST company I have ever worked for … if you want bad mental health, an rc that doesn’t take your calls, read her texts or answer your emails, an sc that does that too and that she was so checked out they don’t even turn up to team meetings.when your pay is constantly underpaid and you haven’t been paid for services you have done, when your roster is always back to back services with no travel and no breaks, then this would be your dream employer … For the rest this is your daily reality. With the exception of Alex in the office and a couple of co workers that made it bearable, this is ENLIVENS culture, and the icing on the cake a sw caught stealing and allowed to remain working with clients in their homes … The absolute WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER WORKED FOR … even 1 star is too much

Friendly safe space of day program for elderly people with dementia. Group exercises, games, lunch & outings organized.

It's good Organization as they do there level best in making a great difference in the life's of other people in taking good of our vulnerable people within the community, especially those with various health condition, social wellbeing making sure they meet all their needs.

We are just an older couple who keep an eye on our elderly neighbour.

Enliven call us saying we are 'next of kin'. We have told them 3 times now over the last year that we are no relation at all. Last call they tried to bully us into giving permission for a Covid test.
Our neighbour seems perfectly able to make her own decision, but that is definitely not for us to determine.

Why havn't you corrected your files after our repeated requests?

Sadly the case manager Blessed was unapproachable. She would not allow me to speak at the first interview. She had no knowledge of my accident, had no idea what i needed.
I was just out of hospital after serious accident. Most of the girls were fantastic.
I was sad to shift providers. When you cant communicate with your case manager, i had contacted Enliven, but nothing was done.
One sad client.

I am a 66 year old 34 year sufferer of Multiple Sclerosis and I live alone and receive some home help from Enliven whom I consider top class providers.
