Enstall Insulation

Very dishonest company. Sold me a lemon of a van and would not own up to it. Sold me a van that was riddled with rust and major issues which they didn’t mention. It shows how dishonest they can be when it comes to money hungry. And when I told them about it they wanted nothing to do with it. Very dodgy and dishonest. I would not recommend them at all to any one. I’m taking them to court. Avoid this company at all costs. I also recently found out from a friend that they did some insulation work at his house and did a half job and wouldn’t come back to fix it.

Everything about this service was top notch:

- the estimator was polite, fast, on time, informative, flexible, clean and tidy, and work-safe.

- the underfloor and in ceiling crews (there were ~10 men on site with 3 vans) were same as the estimator plus extremely hardworking covered in sweat and dust working very hard - no standing around every-one busy and focussed.

- the invoicing was an e-invoice, accurate with no unpleasant surprises - one click to pay. Easy.

Our house is in Titirangi, Auckland and is now toasty warm with a healthy homes certificate.

Prompt, efficient, friendly service. Extremely hard working and did a great job. Really lovely team.

Right from the first meeting with Mike, the team at Enstall were amazing. Up front and professional and speaking with Lindsay over the phone was easy. They were in constant communication when the storm hit letting me know what was happening. The install team was professional and quick. All in all highly recommend this amazing team. Thanks guys.

Not overly happy with the customer service that was given by Enstall. The staff were very friendly however could tell that they are only running off a "check list" system. Staff also had to come back as they forgot to take additional photos that was required on the check list system before the report being generated.

Staff told me that a report would be sent through to me before Christmas with nothing sent through until 24th January. Enstall sent an invoice on the 23rd saying it had been sent which it had not. I understand that they use external contractors / separate agencies but would recommend the communication between both parties needs to be improved.

The report was detailed, however would have been great to have someone call and talk through the findings etc and discuss potential options to upgrade which was what I was wanting in the first place.

Right from my initial online inquiry, I was absolutely blown away by the service of every person I'd dealt with, along the way to have our older home insulated and a moisture barrier installed.

Iutita was who I'd dealt with over the phone. Mike was the assessor who ran me through the process. Daryl was the head installer with his 2 off siders Ron and John who did an amazing job.

A very professional and competent team that I would highly recommend to those who wanting their home insulated to a very high standard.

Fantastic experience with Enstall Insulation. I requested a quote of underfloor insulation installation. Mike Sia came my property promptly. After assessment, he told me the current insulation are totally fine (no needs to update). Mike shows great courteousness, professionalism and honesty. I would highly recommend them.

Such friendly staff- starting with the phone operator and the initial assessor, the team that performed the installation were so friendly and efficient and ending the auditor that came after installation. Highly recommend this company- environmentally conscious and so efficient.

Great communication, timeliness and finish on our recent ground moisture barrier installation. It was a tricky area to access and the team did a great job. Thank you!

Blown away by the exceptional service with enstall.

We chose them as they provided the best quote (better value for money in terms of the type of insulation they were going to install)

Mike and the customer service team were all exceptionally polite, warm and genuine, everytime I talked to them.

Then to top it off, my dad (who had a look to see what had been installed) was very very impressed with the quality of the install.

Spoke to the Enstall team about a family we were helping out. They were great to deal with and their product was
so much easier to use than the old fibre glass insulation. Would definitely deal with them again.

The person who came to check my insulation was a genuine person, told me the insulation currently on the house is very good and no further work is required. He was right on time and their support is amazing. They reached out to EECA and emailed me once my info is updated on EECA.

An excellent job from Deuce, Kolisi and Hemi at Enstall! The team were extremely professional and easy to communicate with. Our new ceiling insulation has made such a difference already - the house feels immediately cooler (in the heat of summer), and we are looking forward to a much warmer winter, with reduced heating bills:) The team at Enstall provided us with high quality, eco-friendly, Knauff earthwool glasswool insulation, with no added formaldehyde - which contributes to our healthy indoor living space

We had Daryl, Roley, Caleb & John at our house yesterday to top-up our ceiling insulation & to install a moisture barrier. They arrived on time & we could hear them working away efficiently. The best part was that someone was singing while working. What a treat for us! Their cheerfulness & good attitude brightened up our day. They cleared up everything before they left.
