Poor service, they have an app where you book for your bin collection & yet your bins don’t get collected on those days ‍️ will be cancelling my service with them do not recommend.

I have ordered a bin in Feb which never arrived. Followed up 3 times each time being assured it was on its way. I received an email 2 days ago saying it will be escalated to the ops manager but still no responses from them

Customer service are very unprofessional, Bin doesn’t get picked up when it’s been booked and paid for, been waiting three weeks! Looking at finding another garden waste company asap. DO NOT RECOMMEND

Ordered a bin in Nov which never arrived. Followed up 3 times each time being assured it was on its way. Finally today (March) I received an email saying my bin will be delivered within 2 weeks… nearly 5 months after placing an order.

Thankfully no money was paid as the bin is meant to be delivered free of charge.

Ordered a bin in October 2022. No bin delivered as of March 2023. Contacted numerous times, no update or confirmation of when it would be delivered. Waste of time.

Terrible Service. I requested bin on 24th of January. The email confirmation stated it would be delivered between 7-21 days. I called after that time and they said it will get delivered within the next week. Called again on 28th of Feb and they informed me they had a Bin shortage and it will be delivered within the next 2 weeks.
If there was a bin shortage, i would have expected some contact to inform of this delay. With all the storms, there is some much green waste on the property- if we knew, we would have gone with a faster service rather than wasting our time.

We recognise the delay with the storms but we ordered these well before the storm.

Cancelled these orders. Will not recommend or use their services again.

Same experience as others Three orders placed Two pickups not done. Lacklustre company service and standard reply is they'll pick it up next collection.
Changing providers. Not interested in this level of service.

Used them for about 6 months. They missed all 3 collections. Had to always ring to get them to come back. On the last collection the bin was accidentally dropped by truck driver into truck. I rang several times to get a new one. Eventually cancelled the service as no bin was provided. Next minute two bins were dropped outside my house. I’m still trying to get someone to remove them! Do not recommend.

Yet again they take your money but don’t collect. 2nd time in a row. Ring them that say it will be done by such and such and it still isn’t emptied

They just won't deliver my bins. It has been 8 weeks since I ordered the bins. Customer service is just there to answer phone. They have no communication between themselves. No wonder peoples bins don't get collected AFTER they paid. DO NOT USE THIS.

Have been waiting for our bin to be delivered for over 3 months. Have called multiple times and they always promise it’ll be delivered but it never is. Would not recommend

Horrible service. Very unreliable. Missed pick up dates three times in a row without any reason. When I called the head office they didn’t have any reason behind this but said it might get picked up next week. Weren’t even really apologetic, I guess this is the expected level of service from them. The only positive is that you get a free bin from them. Still awaiting my refund. Stay far away from these guys.

Moved over from Waste Management after them never picking up the bin on the requested date, like not even once since we joined them. Switched to EnviroEarth and they collected exactly on the day they said they would. Super easy.

Would give them zero if it was an option. 6 weeks with multiple follow ups, and no sign of our bin ever being delivered. Would hate to guess what it would be like waiting for a full bin pick up. Do not waste your time with them.

My bin is still out on the road after a week. As they offer fortnightly collection I guess if they miss you on the arranged day it will be at least two weeks before the bin gets emptied.

Twice they have missed my collection, no apology nothing, when they rebook missed collection again it gets missed. I ring them every week and they sill mange not to book in recollection. Also ordered additional bin, still wait 6 weeks later. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Best garden waste collection service in Auckland. Only pay when you need a pick up and the app is so easy to use.

Paid to have our bin picked up. They won't come to collect. Have rung 4 times and 2 emails. Every time they promise to get it collected within 1-2 days. Never happens.
Don't use these guys. Absolutely useless.

So easy! And cheap.their app was simple but worked fine. I ordered the bin, chose the pick up date, i filled the bin.they took it away. Really happy with this new service.

This is such a great service. I used to get frustrated with my old green waste company that I was tied to their scheduled once a month pick up & had to pay regardless of whether I needed it. Getting extra pickups when my lawns were growing fast was also really hard. With EnviroEarth I can choose when to have my bin picked up and only pay for those I book. Ka pai!
