Thank you to Chris and team for your help today. Took my car in as there was a new issue noticed when car was idle. Adding in the due WOF and routine service to this, I expected to pay a lot more than what these guys charged! Chris also looked thoroughly into the issue and gave detailed explanation before recommending we observe over time rather than rushing to change parts, as it appears to be a minor issue at the moment and the car remains safe to drive. My friend recommended me to go here and I am very happy that I did.

The best there is! Chris has been looking after my car for a few years now and every time he and the team are efficient, have excellent comms and look to ensure the best price for the job. I wouldn’t take my car anywhere else. Super trustworthy and exceptional customer service always!

Efficient and Friendly WoF Service at Epsom Automotive

I recently had my WoF inspection at Epsom Automotive and had a great experience. Chris promptly responded to my enquiry, and his team was friendly throughout. I highly recommend their services.

Friendly place and good service, fitted me in with pretty short notice for some routine maintenance that was due (much appreciated).

Fabulous service. Went in to get an oil top up as my old car needed it. Got there a little after 7.30am on a week day. The owner got my car in, checked how much it needed and topped it up. No problem. Very friendly service. I can't fault them. If I was still in Auckland I would definitely use them again. Highly recommended.

I was really impressed with Epsom Automotive. I bought my car in for an early service as the gearbox was lagging and I’d just been the passenger in a nasty car accident caused by a mechanical failure and needed a professional to reassure me that my car was not at risk of any mechanical failures too.

Chris scheduled me in quickly, was a very quick and clear communicator over email, was flexible with the car drop off and pick up times around my working schedule, fixed my gearbox issues, and did a thorough and reasonably priced service. An added bonus was the discount for ADHB employees that I hadn’t previously been aware of!

He was also really good at reassuring me the car was completely safe to drive, as up until the service I had been very nervous driving post-accident. Thank you Chris!

Phoned up this morning in a panic because I was booked in to do my full drivers license test and realised one of my lights were out (which some inspectors immediately fail you on). Spoke with Chris who was amazing, told me to come straight away, got there and he replaced the bulb within 30 minutes! Couldn’t recommend you guys enough, thanks so much!

I was recommended this by a friend, and I can say that are absolutely the best place I have been to for work on my car. They are quick to book you in, clear in any communications and explain things really well. Typically I get quite intimidated by the price and lack of knowledge when getting my car fixed or serviced, but at Epsom Automotive these are not a concern. The prices are fair, firm and they will let you know before they do work, plus they are quick to work. 5/5.

Great service from Chris, after taking my car elsewhere and getting quoted on an issue I decided to get a few more quotes, Chris was the only one to get back to me and at a very reasonable price. The service was great and I would definitely recommend

Came in a few weeks ago to get my car serviced for my failed WOF. They were readily available, had great value for the service, and finished servicing my car in less than 48 hours. Highly recommended!

Have come for last minute repairs and they are always accommodated. Paul and his team ensure it's done quickly and to a great standard. Prices are always affordable. Will definitely go back and spread the word!
