Victoria, owner/operator, beautician was heaven sent and my go to whilst living in Takapuna. Having developed a series of problematic complexion issues (that supermarket/pharmacy products just weren’t working for me), she formulated a plan with facials and skincare products suited to my exact needs. Victoria is all about seeing the results and the results became successfully evident. She offers great advice on aftercare, the easiest of which (that we sometimes don’t do enough) is to keep up your water intake. Plus at times she has gone the extra mile with little gifts & treats which makes you feel even more pampered. Christina who is just as warm & welcoming was my go to for spray tans, in the main. The product used drys quickly, looks natural and lasts quite well (given pre/post care is maintained). All in all, the team provided the best care & service a women could want. Highly Recommend.

This place didn’t even deserve one star! I’ve tried calling to make an appointment 3 times in the last week, left two voicemails and not even had a response yet it shows the business is open and I could book on line however, I have to book through a second party and I’m not doing that. Why is the booking process so hard. With such poor customer service to even get in the door, I’d hate to think what it’s like inside!

I had a great experience at Escape Spa in Takapuna. I had a triple action facial treatment which was long enough to enjoy it. On the next day, my skin looked much brighter and healthier, much more supple and hydrated. The couple of days after, since the vitamins worked within the skin, my face and neck looked glowing with radiant vitality. Highly recommend, very professional treatments and service.

Victoria was so helpful and professional when I phoned (from out of town) to order flowers and a voucher to be delivered to my sister. She made the process so easy and sent me a photo of the beautiful flowers she delivered. I have noticed a notable improvement in my skin since starting facials with Victoria. Her knowledge is extensive and the beautiful natural products she uses are amazing. She is always willing to listen to my many questions and the answers are backed by knowledge and experience. Highly recommend!:)

Incredible massage in a super streamlined environment. Great pressure, super attentive, and the opportunity to shower afterward is appreciated.
Now, the facial, oh my god. I think I fell asleep twice during it and you get a mini massage on arms and face anyway. A+. I didn't want it to ever end.

Fantastic beauty salon based in the heart of Takapuna. Relaxing atmosphere, immaculate state, friendly staff members and most importantly knowing what type of service to recommend a client. I am really happy for my Triple Action performed by Lana. She is a professional and takes great pride in what she does. I recommend perspective clients to visit the salon and book their appoitments with Lana.

Had The power of 3 package treatment yesterday, was taken care of by Lana who was very polite and informative. Only thing I'm not so happy with is my toe that had been clipped during the pedicure and bled out. It has continued to bleed today while at work so am not happy with this. I still did rate 4 stars because the service was good but would have liked the treatment discounted for that mishap.

The Escape Spa And Beauty Clinic is a first class, relaxing, spotlessly clean environment. The staff are very delightful young ladies, who are extremely professional and explain every aspect of each of the treatments that they offer to me. They listen and are understanding of individual needs as required.

I highly recommend the Escape Spa in Takapuna.

Super great couples Massage!
It was very easy to get an appointment, only waited 10 minutes. The couples massage from Victoria and Cristina was soooo relaxing! Feeling great afterwards! Would recommend this place definitely.

Clean place, super friendly staff and great massages/facials. I had booked an Express Facial and they upgraded us for free. Best head massage I've ever had. I would thoroughly recommend to anyone:)
