They will charge you a surcharge of $40 because your car is “soiled”. If you’re thinking my car is not soiled, we’ll guess what, it always is. Never pay upfront, agree on the price before you commit, or better yet, go elsewhere. They will try to clean you out, not just your car.
Only reason I gave 2 starts is that the work is good, but extremely overpriced, and most certainly dishonest.

Wao what a car wash these guys made my car new. Excellent job. I will highly recommend to all my friends I know.

The team did an amazing job cleaning my dirty and mouldy car. They also removed stubborn stickers from the back window, without leaving any marks behind. Happy served us and he had wonderful customer service and a lovely smile. Will definitely return for another clean in the future.

Stay well clear and definitley dont buy a voucher for this place whatever you do as when you turn up they will tell you you must spend a lot more before they will even touch your vehicle. Totally dishonest rip off business!

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in my life. They tried to upsell service and when I said no they refused service and were so rude. I left in tears. Never again.

I paid 350 for a car wash inside and out, , as I want to sell my car. To be fair the cleaning is ok, but the price if it was somewhere around 250 there might be a chance I am going back. I am giving 3 stars because of the price.

This is my first time bringing my car to these guys and certainly won’t be my last. My Toyota was a complete mess and needed some serious work done. It was a hefty price of $750.00 but worth every penny. I honestly didn’t expect the end results and completely blown away. It’s like I have a brand new car. I couldn’t be more pleased. I was given a $109 voucher for Christmas and upon trying to use voucher, they immediately tried to upsell me. I said I had no money and they refused to valet my car. Told me to go somewhere else. Never buy a voucher here. Couldn't use the service as they sent me away. I have a normal car I drive around town.

As it was my first visiting these guys as i booked a package of 109$ and when i went to see them in person they explaind me how the bug removal was advised and i am fully satisfied with the results must visit?

Booked the $109 cleaning service online only to have the man try to up sell me to a $400 car wash. When I refused he said he would not wash my vehicle at all. My car was was already pretty tidy, I just wanted that extra clean feel. Not for $400 though.
Will not be returning to this branch, how can you advertise packages but won’t fulfil them.
I would also recommend learning about customer service and how to speak to people. The man I spoke with dismissed me once I said I will not pay the $400.
Would give zero stars if I could.

Quality work! Excellent result! But if you have a voucher, mention it before hand, otherwise it messes with their system be awesome if Espresso jumped on the Afterpay wagon, I would probably be a more frequent customer

It was my first time visit and I was quite disappointed with their customer service. Don't think it's worth paying over $100.

The team did an amazing job on my car - the detail work on the outside was top notch but I was especially impressed with what they did for the interior.
Long story short, I had had a large, bad stain on my back seat which I couldn't get rid of after months of trying different methods. The Espresso team at Botany worked out what it was and had it completely cleaned up in no time. Great work!
