Espresso Carwash Ormiston

Went there yesterday 05/09/2023. Nice friendly owner, and thats where it stopped. I wasn't going to leave a review, but I got 2 reminders to leave one, so here we go.
I told him a quick clean, it's not to bad, but I knew under back seats hadn't been done, still grass and paper there. It smelt strongly of air freshener, $85 worth of air freshener! He told me 45mins it will take. I went to City fitness, which is a level up, walked the treadmill half n hour, came back down, I added an extra 1 minute, I'm a fast walker. My car was parked up and done. Looked like they just turned it around and sprayed it and moved my 1 shopping bag! So I paid $85 for probably a u-turn and overpowering air freshener.
Lesson learned! Lost my money and never going back. This is my 2nd time as I live close and work long hours and don't know anywhere else. Fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice shame on me. There is no 3rd time, but a very detailed review! Be honest, don't rip off people! I dont mind paying and supporting businesses, but $85 for 20mins MAX! Don't leave your car watch them!

Very good service, I really appreciate the entire efforts for cleaning & grooming my car, its almost look new. From booking the slot till the job done, process is very smooth, i handed over the car & went for the movie in the same mall, when back car was ready all cleaned & shinny.

I had my SUV cleaned inside and out by the team at Ormiston mall and I think they did a spectacular job. The car looked amazing. I was very happy with the job done.

Booked a Deluxe wash which includes "clean door shuts". Person who was there told me as I dropped off my car that the service I paid for does not include this service. Interior window was not cleaned as well as I would've liked for the hefty price tag. Vacuuming and exterior clean is otherwise okay but will not be returning.

Went for a cleaning to get an interior clean sadly dashboard left unwiped paid $100 for this service. Was expecting the interior was gonna smell good but nothing, am not coming back here in ormiston branch. This happened yesterday morning and took an hour and half to finish not very happy!

They do a great job. I always do my car wash there and I am always satisfied with their work.

This was the first time I used your services. I was looking for a showroom result due to the $324 spent. It was very disappointing. I had to clean the door & boot jambs, dust the back of the seats in the boot (it's a hatchback), the interior has no trace of shining cleaner applied, and I had to repolish the exterior that (for me) wasn't waxed. I am not saying the car was dirty, but the overall result definitely is not worth over $300. I have used other grooming services in the past but yours was the most expensive with the worst result so far. The operation took only one and a half hours, which can explain the outcome. Unfortunately, I was so upset that I hadn't taken any photos and reclean the car that was a birthday present for my son. Last but not least, poor customer service as I left a feedback on your website and after two weeks nobody had the decency to contact me to reply to my feedback.

Honestly would recommend these guys, I take my car here all the time! Never disappoint. Thank you

I booked my car in for detailing on New Year’s Eve and I was super happy with the car detailing. Car was pretty much back to being a “new car” they even went the extra mile by cleaning our toddlers car seat which was not in the description but I very much appreciated doing so! Thank you and look forward to the next car detail.

I own a 2013 GT Mustang in "Gotta Have It Green " unique to the 2013/14 model. They did an awesome job on polishing the paint work, windows emmaculate, leather seats cleaned but didn't appear to be conditioned or buffed, tyres cleaned, how ever I've noted with many car valets, they fail to clean the whole wheel, only the front was polished, but because they're 20" rim, the back part was missed all together, which I ended up cleaning myself.

Great service, great value for the money and the guys were super professional. Highly recommend!

This is my second car wash got my car sparky clean especially the tires and good smell inside thanks Kamal and team will be coming back. Highly recommend but do check pricing online before booking

Never again. First time and last. Would not recommend this. Not worth it but way too expensive. $200 plus for just swampooing but they did not dry it and smell is still there. Bad experience have to say.

I booked one of the highest packages online.

When we arrived staff examined the car very quickly and superficially - for about 5 seconds.

They then said I needed to pay $30 extra. The said this was because the carpets had dirt on them.

Yes, they had dirt on them - if not why would I ask for the interior to be cleaned? ! But it was not excessive just standard dirt. There was no pet hair as we do not have dogs. There was no tar or specific spills.

I felt very pressured. It did not seem fair. I’d booked a Super deluxe at $124 which already included vacuuming.

I said no but it made it unnecessarily stressful, and felt like I was being ripped off.

When we picked it up the car was only mostly clean when we picked it up but bits had been missed. They weee not difficult bits - for example the middle console still had lots of dust in it and the bottom of the side of the car were still dirty. They clearly had not bothered to clean the whole car.

This was not a good customer experience.

Very Very Average service and the services you pay for on the website is not what on offer at the facility…Ormiston Branch…ended up paying 180 for a service I thought I was only paying 89 for when booking on website. What I got was an average cleaning something I could have gotten from a petrol station drive thru service. Do not recommend them at all.

Great job done by espresso car wash and team. Even though I didn't have a good experience previously, the guy looking after my vehicle ensured I was happy with the service provided.

Did not appreciate when question about the amount paid online regarding the services required. I felt that it was my fault that I paid the amount requested online when I was directed to the prices on the display board. The attended rang his boss to confirm the amount before accepting that the prices online was correct. This is quite degrading as a customer as I informed him that if the price did he expected I would have paid the amount.
And I was surprised when he refused to clean the empty canopy as he informed that it did not constitute as as interior cleaning. I was disappointed as I had to clean it up myself afterwards which did make much sense as it is part of the vehicle. I have mentioned to him that such things should be included in the service list so the customer is aware of it.
I hope this feedback helps your company to improve their customer services. Please do list all the services that are available and importantly the ones not provided so that the customer is fully informed.
