After attending the given instruction, I will now share my experience with euro plumbing. I am a client who has had several burst pipes over the years. I have had the experience to know that when there is a rush of water in a pipe, it is not safe for myself or my family. I have known that euro plumbing is taking the necessary steps to fix my pipe. I appreciate the attention that euro plumbing gives to their workers. I am satisfied with the outcome. Thank you, euro plumbing, for the overnight fix to my piping.

Euro plumbing is the best plumbing service on the market. They are very on time and always fix problems. They are the best at fixing problems and are the best at explaining the situation to their clients

I called euro plumbing at my house to install an outdoor barbeque. The gasfitter was very knowledgeable and helpful. I explained my situation and he was able to help me get into more detail. I would definitely recommend them

Guy fixed the problem, but not happy for being charged additonal 30min for the time he spent talking about his business ideas and sitting in his van. They charge per every 15min from the second they arrive onto your driveway.

DO NOT USE Euro plumbing. Euro plumbing WILL NOT give you electrical code of compliance certificate (COC) which is part of legal requirement as a registered plumber/electrician.

It's been more than a month and I'm still waiting for my refund. I've tried every channel (phone, email) to get to them, but they are not responding. If you want good customer service, keep away from them.

Euro Plumbing provided exceptional service when repairing leaks and servicing our central heating. Incredibly impressed and would highly recommend.

Had a leak which the engineer investigated and offered a solution for at a reasonable price. The engineer paul was professional and courteous and the leak has not returned. Would use Euro again if needed.

I found auckland Plumbing very helpful and efficient. The thermostat on the emersion heater had broken. Their plumber was round the next day to fix it. Kept me fully informed as to what was needed.

Vary Bad experience. Didn’t fixed the leaking, didn’t find where is leaking.
Only give a suggestion change a new pipe and told me waiting for the new quote.
Charge me $400.
After one week, nothing received, even call service center, nothing updated.
No service at all. 100% not recommended.

They are able to schedule an appointment for you very quickly and probably have a lot of people working for them. Unfortunately, they blatantly lied about the units of time spent at the job by parking on the street for 20 mins before coming in and another 15 min unit for whatever reason. I appreciate that the job was completed within the original estimate but running the clock on a client's paid time is unprofessional. The fact that Phil stopped answering my texts immediately after I asked if the bill was not accurate highlights that it's a common tactic known to and endorsed by their management.

Fast response, high efficiency, reasonable price, professional technicians, we're happy to recommend Euro Plumbing. We will say thank you to the team, especially say thank you to Troy Anderson and Angus Creagh again. Definitely we will use this company again.

By the way, before we choose Euro Plumbing, we also received a few quotes from other plumbing companies, but two of them responded very late; and the guy of Laser Plumbing inquired how many people are in our family and whether all were vaccinated Covid 19 vaccines, and changed his appointment again and again, he's like working for Ardern administration, not for a business, dumb! I threw his card into a trash bin immediately when he left, never touch Laser Plumbing.

Upgraded from low hwc to mains. Had Adrian and Troy here all day super friendly and answered all my questions. I can only recommend

I call this company this morning as I woke up finding I have no heating or hot water, they said they can come between 8 - 9 am but they did call to mention they were delayed. Once they attended they figured out the problem is jiffy, I only paid which is there small repair fee. I have lived in auckland for the last 30 years and I have never found such a honest and good company, I have used other local plumbing companies and they had very poor quality and standards of workmanship. I will recommend them to my friends and ex-tended families.

They came today to inspect the boiler as it hasn’t been working for the last five days they immediately identified with the problem was and it gave me a quotation of quite happy with the quotation and I asked her to carry on to do the job was to completed everything was working perfectly I paid them last really happy with their work would recommend euro plumbing again to my friends and family

I got SO lucky with finding this company to replace a faulty Kitchen faucet and pipes below. They responded in 10 minutes, purchased the parts and worked into the evening to complete the repair. This is a rental apartment and I manage it. They were in constant contact with me and send videos while on the job.

I am so grateful to this company, the professional plumber that they sent and would HIGHLY recommend them!
