Super friendly mechanic, tried to explain what needs to be fixed and what is not necessary (After we did an AA Testing). Could have made more money with us, but wasn‘t.
I can highly recommand these guys!

Ismail has been my go to guy for many years. Always welcoming, polite and the best mechanic. Gavin and Ismail do a great job and there’s no usual mechanic BS. Right to the point, best advice and reasonably priced. Go to them, you won’t be disappointed.

After a pre-purchase inspection at the AA, we came to this garage on Friday to do the necessary repairs.
Ultra-fast appointment for Monday with respect for the quote and direct call if there is an additional problem with the car.
After a month, the car is working perfectly.

An amazing job and quick service! Kept us up to date with what work was needed on our vehicle and the cost of it all. The booking was made quickly, and the work was turned around overnight. We even added a last minute request for a WOF and service which was no problem. Highly recommend!

Brought my 2018 Rolls Royce Ghost the display unit and the AC wasn’t working, problem solved within 2 days. Gavin and Ismail are the man! Highly recommend bringing your car to these legends

Having used Europa multiple times, I can honestly say the service you will receive from these guys is exceptional! They don't roll out the red carpet, but they do roll out the truth in their diagnostics, give you multiple options and advise you on the best parts to use factory or non factory, the choice is yours. I don't know what Gavin gets paid, but what ever it is, he deserves double if not more because the guy is worth his weight in gold. Great team, great service, great price. My last visit was this week. I had installed a throttle controller which I was really impressed with but I made the mistake of adjusting the modes while driving 100k on the motorway. My x5 went into protection mode and i had to crawl to Europa. Turns out theses vehicles are much more complex and I'd done quite a bit of damage to the sensors and electronics. All is fixed now and it drives better now then ever before and that's without the throttle controller connected.keep up the great work Gavin and Ishmail. It's very much appreciated.

The service was fantastic, he was confident in what needed to be repaired and fixed it on the same day. Also went above and beyond as I had failed my warrent at VTNZ because of this issue, He also put my car for re test at VTNZ and it passes. He sorted all this out which saved me so much time. Easy 5 stars and highly recommended.

These guys had no clue, what suppose to be done.
Even did not bothered to call and ask, either I want to get it replaced.
Paid approx $1000, just for nothing. Issue is still persist, and it suppose to go away, where these did not work on it.
Ridiculuous.

I came across these wonderful mechanics when I discovered someone had drilled into my petrol tank (Europa Auto Service happened to be the closest mechanic to where I was at the time). Gavin and the team were so fantastic and genuine then, that I have continued to come back for all other car servicing and repairs. I wouldn't trust anyone else to do the job!

I was driving my ute from taranaki to northland for a job interview with a WEEK OLD warrant, and both my wheel bearings collapsed in Auckland. AA directed me to these guys and they not only got my ute back on the road in 48 hours, they provided me with a rental to get to my interview, and did it all on a hell of a budget. My ute on the trip home from Auckland is driving the best it has in the 2 years I've owned it. Would fully reccomend these guys, awesome service and work. Thanks so much Europa Autos!

Professional and cheap auto service centre I have ever seen. My car had a small problem but I couldn’t solve it because of some circumstances. So, I had no option to visit auto service centre, but I would like to say that they didn’t took lots of money to fix it that other garages take. Totally loved the service.
