Rough workman ship, sent the car back for correction, and on pick up there are still defects, told staff about the defect, and still tried to convince me it is ok, image attached for evidence.

Harry was extremely nice and friendly, and he took my urgently small job on a random day. That got me out of a lot of trouble.

I used to go to another BMW service provider on Northshore (they are listed as a BMW partner on the official website), but they tried to convince me that the part was the last one in the country. I'll be waiting for two weeks if I don't save the order right now. It turned out to be a lie and they even quoted twice the price.

On the phone and via email, Harry, on the other hand, responded quickly and efficiently. He was very patient in order to do the best job possible.

Friendly service, but they made a lot of scratches on the driver's side door of my car. I also got many new scratches on roof and bonnet. I went there just to fix a dent on driver's side door. However, they made more new trouble on my car. Very disappointed.

Excellent service. I was flying over the New Year period and needed to drop my car off on a public holiday. Harry Singh came in on his day off, met me and garaged my car. Repairs done to superb standard and ahead of estimated time. 2 thumbs up.

Courteous and helpful.
My break light broke 15 minutes before my driving test, so I went to Eurotech for an emergency repair. The manager in charg looked through every car for a matching bulb! Although we couldn't find a matching bulb at the end (my car is Japanese), the effort of the team was heartening.

Fantastic shop, very friendly and professional. Marino had his team take care of minor touch-up work as a courtesy - no charge at all. Will definitely be going back whenever I need paint or panel work.
