Excel guy dangerous driving.
Fast changing lane.
Fail to stop at Red.
Speeding overtake.
Today morning, on the ramp of Khyber Pass Road to State 1 HWY, he was behind me.speeding driving to the ramp signal without stop, Fail to see the red light.dangerous merge into one lane.almost hit me.after that fast chaging on the highway and Run away.
