WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS IF I COULD. THIS IS THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL BUSINESS I HAVE EVER COME ACROSS. LIED AND SAID THEY HAD THE PART I NEEDED I GAVE THEM ALL CAR DETAILS AND PLATE NUMBER AND SENT ME THE WRONG PART THEN BLAMED ME, ABUSED ME AND BLOCKED MY NUMBER SO THEY DIDNT HAVE TO REFUND ME.
These guys are awesome, got me a l/h tail light and glove box for my Mazda Atenza, wish them all the best in their future endeavors & they need to uppercut their land lord for treating them bad, take care guys!

Bought 2 tyres 195/69/R15, excellent service, the young lady who pairs the tyres there is extremely friendly. Very good customer service and good value for money. Definitely recommend to anyone looking to buy some good secondhand tyres for a good price.

Worst Customer Service EVER! Do not recommend. False advertise and completely unprofessional! Purchased 2xtyres from their online store. Rang to collect, claimed that it was only for 1 tyre not 2. Said they did not have 2 and blamed a female worker for the mess up (Sexist). After going around in circles and seller saying that my husband must be having spousal issues and taking it out on him (What!?) we eventually came to an agreement to swap tyres to another set they did have in stock for same price. Went to collect tyres and they had found the original tyres they said they did not have. Meanwhile seller is telling my husband he was a smart arse on the phone. Husband inspected tyres and they were not as described less than 80% tread and shoulder wear which was not noted. My husband said he wanted his money back and seller refused told him that was what he purchased and to take it. After arguing for over 10 minutes my husband got the money back by taking it from the sellers hands and left without tyres. Absolutely disgusting service!
They are claiming my husband punched someone, he never laid a hand on anyone, are now claiming we are liars to try and cover themselves. Their trademe feedback shows many similar instances like we have experienced and instead of taking responsibility blame the customer or anyone else.
I bought a wrong battery from Export Auto Parts because I didn't know the different size of terminals, they were very friendly and helpfully, no problem to replace it with the right battery. I am very pleased with the purchase and I highly recommend them to people looking for second hand parts.
