Paid almost $12,000 for a roof on my deck. Very disappointed. Unreliable - never showed up on days and times promised - left the site untidy and uncleaned, did a sloppy drain installation and owner does not front up or show up

We had an existing tiled deck where the waterproof membrane had failed, and we needed to replace the balustrade with something a lot safer than what was there. Throughout the project Mark gave brilliant advice. On numerous occasions he was keen to talk through options and throughout those discussions we were able to settle on the option that was best for us.and sometimes that meant less money for him (great for us). We now have an amazing looking deck that's watertight, a louvre system that looks amazing, and glass balustrade. All in all it's a beautiful outdoor space that we love and use all the time. We also really rate Mark's team. All the guys are friendly, work very hard and were always incredibly accommodating. I would highly recommend EzyDeck, and would use them again without thinking twice.

Ezydeck replaced the roof of our conservatory. They were easy to work with every step of the way, from the office staff to the trades people. We are very pleased with the result and the price. Highly recommended.

Avoid this company. Dishonest, untrustworthy owner who is incompetent and will not take ownership of defective work. Ezydeck are a very unprofessional company who clearly have no concept of delivering a functional product and do not stand by their workmanship. Do not consider using this company.

Made the mistake of paying on time and in full in early 2020 despite our concerns about the deck having areas of water stagnating and not flowing into the drain hole. We were assured that they would rectify any problems if we kept them informed. It took a whole year of waiting and putting up with empty promises and inconsistent excuses and the same problem still exists. Hoping this review will help others avoid the frustration and distress that we experienced the past year. I hope Ezydeck has the professional courtesy to reply to my recent emails and to remove the misleading photos they posted on their facebook page (without our permission) to advertise themselves. Be warned and don't make the mistake of being too trusting and making full payment if the job is not properly completed.
