OMG! What an experience! I have been into the Milford clinic to purchase products multiple times, and finally went and got an eyebrow tint and shape. Izzy is a godsend, and I didn’t even feel like she did any waxing, it was so relaxing. Such a pleasant experience and cannot wait for my lash lift in a few weeks.

I’d been wanting to try FaceTime Skin Clinic for a while and on a whim, after a hard week at work, I got a last minute booking thanks to a cancellation.
Honestly, it was the best facial I’ve ever had (and I’ve had quite a few at a range of different places). I really liked Olivia, she’s so professional, knowledgeable and absolutely lovely.
The cup of tea at the end of the treatment was such a bonus as well!
I'm absolutely a convert of FaceTime, I’ve already booked to come back and I can't wait!

First time visit at Facetime yesterday. Absolutely loved it. Olivia did the Trio so caringly and professionally. Everything from the music, lovely staff, and a look that I was over the moon about. Thanks for giving me some special "me" time and a tidy up!

In the past few days I have had a consultation and a facial peeling and nurturing treatment with Mel. I cannot speak highly enough of Mel's knowledge of all aspects relevant to her profession, the equipment she uses and the products used. Mel explained all processes in full and in such a way that it was very clear what was to be done; how it would be done and feel. My experience under Mel's hand was that of being healed; more than just my skin. Mel works very intuitively. I have an IPL treatment coming up in a few weeks which I am very much looking forward to.

Very professional a d knowledgeable, perfect facial for my needs.

Mel is the Facial Queen. I have had the triple facial twice and highly recommend. My skin felt and looked different from when I walked in. Glowing, soft and smooth. Also the massage while the mask was doing its thing was gorgeous. ️

The team at FaceTime are the very best. I’ve been going there since they first opened their doors, and I will never go anywhere else. Their services, their products, and their smiles are second to none.

I decided, after many years of putting it off due to anxiety, that I was going to get a massage. I got the 45 min back, neck and shoulder massage and can honestly say that it was the best 45 mins ever! All of the girls at FaceTime truly are just so warm and welcoming and always put you and your needs first and it was just an incredible experience and I'm so grateful for the care they gave me!

I have been going to facetime for just over a year now and the service is amazing everytime! I feel well looked after and the result of my treatments exceeded my expectations everytime. Yesterday I got the TRIO eye brow shape, tint and eye lash tint with Charlotte and I am so happy with the service and result - she did an amazing job. I cant wait for my new appointment already!

Had a massage tonight with Charlotte & she was WONDERFUL! Amazing pressure, amazing ambience, just all round an amazing experience & therapist. Definitely recommend & will be coming back when I can!

I have just had my facial with Deb at Facetime. Her professional manner and caring nature immediately put this "senior citizen " at ease and gave me confidence to accept her recommendation and advice for my skincare.
Her scalp massage the best I have ever had, likewise the neck and shoulder.

I dealt with Holly on the phone today in regards to rescheduling my appointment due to the lockdown and she was so friendly and personable, we ended up having a lovely chat on the phone together. It makes such a difference speaking to someone with great customer service. FaceTime has nailed customer service standards with their staff.
