I have had the displeasure of being involved with your company. Being told that as home owner is allowed to enter the property when ever it suits him and stating this to be law. What you and the home owner put us through was nothing short of disgusting! Telling people in your reviews that they "post under false names " otherwise known as a handle name is also disgusting! Your condescending attatude towards people here that have real issues is vile! You will learn my name very soon after the year of pure hell you and the home owner put us through.

Faceup has been looking after my rental property for over 4 years now. The experience is wonderful. Georgia is professional and diligent. She makes me feel like I am not just a number, I have been looked after as a truely valued client. She treats my property as her own. Always put herself in owner's shoes. Take compliance seriously while also being pragmatic. I have already referred a couple of friends to Faceup and will continue to do so.

Lisa has been a wonderful property manager looking after my rental apartments. She is across all things legislation and keeps me informed of what needs to be done - along with options to solutions all at the same time. It is quick, efficient and thorough service. We have been through our share of property managers over the years and so we learned a few things about what makes for a good one and Lisa is absolutely up there. She also helped manage the renovation of a rental property which was a considerable undertaking that we simply did not expect from a property manager. In conclusion: she is very knowledgeable in all things property, her experience allows her to have a valuable perspective on the subject, she is very pragmatic and down to earth. We recently had a water leaking problem with one of our properties, which we needed to apply for a insurance claim. The gentleman from the Insurance company, expressed our Property Manager was very good to deal with and due to this, things went smoothly and pay out was granted.

Bought house with Face up. Would not recommend to anyone! Poor communication and just didn't care.

I m really shocked abou their behaviour.property management should b interested with customer but they don’t have, last time I make them offer for buy a home they take decision but they didn’t call me I called them whole day and txt them, they didn’t replied at all.its really disgusting

Hi I have a bad experience with U guys last time I make u offer, my offer was highest price they told my its multiple offer. In spite of its high why they didn't accept my offer?

I was brought up in believing if you have nothing nice to say dont not say it at all. I will not say a thing.

Disgusting behavior by property managers dishonest and devious wouldn't touch them with any real estate deals or property managers

As a mortgage broker I deal with a lot of real estate firms and my experiences with the people at Face Up has always been very professional and efficient. I have no problem recommending them.

Called yesterday making enquiry. They said someone will get back to me shortly. Hadn't heard yesterday. Not very impressed initially.
But this morning a lady called and explained why thry could not get back to me. She was professional and knew the market very well. I am impressed now!

We rent with them, and the attention feels very personal, they're definitely the locals and go to people for real estate in Hobsonville.
